My mother went into this store yesterday for shoes. Some people followed her into the store and cornered her on an aisle with no one else. She is elderly and felt afraid, so she went to the two sales associates who were working. The larger of the two men helped her with picking out shoes, rang her up and watched her make it to her car to get home safely.

1. She asked questions, listened and assisted me in locating the ideal walking tennis shoes.
2. She allowed me to feel welcomed, important and above all inspired.
Ms. Sofia has a beautiful spirit. In my world she is a young lady with a seasoned soul, meaning very mature for her age.

Staff polite and very helpful. This store is my new favorite one, they have shoes, clothes and clearance sections. The shoes were very cute better than other locations. Recommend. Good parking

Nice clean well organized store. We were assisted by a gentleman named Loyd. I must note this. He dropped what he was doing to assist us only by observing our shopping, then went right back to straighten up displays left is disarray by customers. Sketches is our brand of choice. It appears and our us confirmed they specify a higher quality product than some larger stores. Most all shoes are made in China. You can pay $30 for junk or shop the sales at specters, pay a little more but get twice as good of product. Loyd was fantastic. Continues to straighten up stock while watch the customers to provide very good customer service. My store for shoes.

I came to this location looking for shoes for a trip I had coming up and the staff was so friendly! Selma was very sweet and helped me find a comfortable pair of shoes for my trip while being very attentive to my orthopedic concerns as I'm prone to feet swelling and the pair she recommended feel amazing on my feet! I'll be sure to come back here because of her whenever I need a new pair and will be recommending Skechers to my friends as well.

Purchased 3 pairs of shoes. Like the store, but, personnel do not act like they want to help you. It's almost like you are bothering them.
