Dunkin'

The store is under new management. It’s nice to finally see a manager who cares! I have noticed a difference already. I can’t wait to go back. I will definitely be a regular for now on!!!

I visited this Dunkin Donuts and was so surprise at the level of customer service provided by Michelle. I am use to D&Ds messing up my orders and too busy to acknowledge me, just my order. This lady was the only person working and she was holla hooping while interacting with all the customers in a friendly enjoyable way. I hope D&D appreciates her otherwise she is wasting her talent.

Love this one. I live right across the road and it’s awesome having a place like this on the next block. I almost always use the app, so I’ve never had an issue picking up anything.

There are a few panhandlers in the area, so sometimes I’ll order something for them and I’ve never heard of them being mistreated or made to feel less-than. Overall this location is pretty great.

The only concern I have doesn’t involve them, but the app — sometimes they add and remove ridiculous things. (right now, they’re pushing their dark roast, so the regular coffee ordering option completely disappeared)

Keep up the good work! This place is probably the best thing about living downtown!

Always a pleasant experience. Some employees have worked here a very long time, adding to the personalization of every order. Friendly atmosphere, cozy setting, perfect for a quick stop or leisure lunch hour.

This dunkin is great. Staff was friendly and helped me quite quickly. I got a large ice hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. They added the ideal amount of sugar and cream to make the classic tasting Dunks iced coffee. I got two blueberry donuts that were fresh and delicious. Still warm in fact. The sausage egg and cheese on a bagel my sister got was also great. Another good Dunks experience.

Nothing negative about the place it's alright I like buying coffee faster in this location

Love this dunkin. I go there almost every morning for coffee and the staff is always upbeat and on the move. If you ever only have exactly 5 minutes to get a single order. Busy or not somehow they get it done. Great start to my mornings. Way better than the one at stamford station! Keep it up guys dont know how i would get through the day without you 😎😎👍👍👍

I was at the downtown dunkin donuts, everything from the coffee, grill cheese on sourdough bread, simply Delicious!!!! The ladies that were working when I went in today from like 12-1pm ish had excellent customer service skills, Thank You!!!!❤❤

They should ask if we want our caffeinated drink sweetened or not, & be more friendly like the one downtown does so this Dunkin’ on Boston ave could take some notes

I get here around 5:30 am and the two guys that are there at that time are so friendly, professional, and accommodating. Very fast service👍

My girlfriend has been working here for 10 years this Dunkin Donuts is in Connecticut where I used to reside it has now turned into a hangout but good service

Staff is great knows exactly who i am and by the time i reach the counter my coffee is already made

Great for a quick stop need that cup of joe to get the motor going in the morning or just to make it thru the long day at times.

A great place to eat freshly bake donut. And their staff are very welcoming.

Only issue was parking. I was enroute to work and wasted time looking for a parking spot
