Starbucks

The young lady working the drive thru window at 530am greeted me with a smile and gave me a genuine morning greeting also. Her Smile brightened my morning… this will be my new stop on my way to work… p.s. I love the dark roast coffee… note: I’m retired Casino Host from Las Vegas where great customer service is key… and I like to give credit where credit is due… TU J.R.

I have been coming to this particular Starbucks for a little over 6 months now and I don’t even live in the area, I literally make the drive for one person and thats Adela. This woman has been the highlight of my days and she doesn’t even know it she is so sweet and values me as a customer. She is so positive always makes my drink perfect. If you are in the area she’s worth coming through to see.

I love this starbuck also. They are very nice, they try their best to make your drink the way you like it. They too are awesome

I stop and grab my impossible breakfast sandwich and trenta iced coffee with whole milk pretty much every day this store has a quick pick up area as long as the store hours are open, if the store is not open you just call in and they will bring your order out to you so you don't have to wait and they're very long drive through they do have a long drive through it's usually very busy, but they have a very good crew and they get you through the drive-thru pretty quickly,

We on a high-rise window cleaning company and it's our quick pickup and go before we're out there on the job we also spend a lot of time at the gym before or after work or on our days off and it's nice to use this as our energy drink,

I'm also a part of the United States coast guard so every morning when I'm going on orders or duty then once again it is very nice to stop and grab my trenta coffee and breakfast sandwich using the Starbucks app

My favorite location! Everyone is always soo nice and welcoming.

When I go camping or hiking up in Cuyamaca, I like to visit this Starbucks for a refresher afterward. The store is clean & with a great atmosphere. The employees are friendly & helpful. It's definitely one of my favorite Sbux stores.

Great new Starbucks in the neighborhood. They just opened this Friday. Everything is new and feels refreshing. Friendly staff and a drive thru is available. Nice seating outside. Easily accessible from I-8.

Murphy was the best!! Their customer service and energy is just so pure and positive! This is what customer service should be like everywhere! They are definitely one of a kind employee!

I was traveling and we all know how "things" are different from place to place....state to state..which sometimes is a cool adventure but then again, not always. Grateful to almost always find a Starbucks where I can quench my coffee/coffee needs and wants and feel right at home for their service and standards are always high on the chart. I find comfort in the familiarity, it's never a dull experience for all I want is good friendly service with a smile and high quality coffee. Starbucks always delivers no matter which state I'm in or what side of town I'm in. ❤

Tried something different today, my mom and I both tried the blended Strawberry lemonade and they were so delicious and refreshing! These were awesome for a hot day in summer. We also got pumpkin bread and banana bread, they were both delicious as well.

Coffee good as usual but that was the best costumer service I’ve had. The girl who took my order was really nice and understanding and she even gave my little sister an ice cream for free didn’t get her name but will be coming back because of the service.

My goto coffee spot. Can get real busy quickly and parking is difficult due to drive thru so I always recommend to mobile order and walk in to pick up drink.

so I had a bad experience at the Starbucks on Broadway. I got a medium pink drink and I didn’t notice the whole cup was filled with ice until I was at the light by food4less which is right across from that Starbucks location that I had drank it all .. they literally filled my cup with all ice but anyways I came to this location right after and had Shakiya help me I told her my problem and she politely explained to me how much ice is really suppose to go in each cup and that there is different scoops of ice for each size of cup.. at that I ordered something different and asked for light coffee which is what I got ! I could say I was really satisfied with my drink ! Thanks shakiya !👌🏼 Great customer service

All right let's be real, most of us expect every Starbucks coffee to taste the same. However, it seems to me that this place has the BEST taste out of the rest I've visited in the past. I may be crazy but their the bomb 💣!! Love their white mocca on ice and the turkey pesto panini 😁🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋😋
