Excellent staff. Had help from a young man today. His name is Floyd M. He replaced my headlamp bulb. He took great care and was very kind and respectful. I'm definitely going to come back here again. Only because of the staff and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Needed a new battery. OMG, this s no longer just a simple task. Other businesses had over a two hour wait. Visited the Dade City AutoZone store and Vinny was able to replace the battery in under 30 minutes. Fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks Vinny! A-Z D.C. will now be my first choice.

I just had the best experience with AZ in Dade City. My battery was sluggish today starting my car. Went to doctors, it barely started there. Went straight to Auto Zone and Clements the salesmen tested it and found out it had 0%. So new battery purchased and Clements installed it on the spot. Thanks for a great experience!

Thanks, Vinny!!! He jump-started my car and confirmed my alternator was going bad. I got a new alternator and I got home safely. The first time I went here the girls were on and they did not know what they were doing. They tested my battery and said my cables had corrosion, so my battery light was coming off and on. All this time it was my alternator. Had they known what they were doing I could have been spared all this aggravation.

Kenny Clements was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have owned many companies in my career and it’s hard to find employees who actually care about the customer. You should do whatever you can to keep KENNY as he represents your company incredibly well.

Went to Autozone Dade City because my vehicle reported low battery. Stephen checked it for me and even changed it for me even though it was difficult because it’s a luxury vehicle. He was so friendly and got the job done in this hot Florida sun at 3 p.m. I had went to O’Reillys previously and they wouldn’t even touch my vehicle and wanted me to take it to a dealer to get it changed.

I own a 02 Ford f150 and had dropped the transmission out of it first time doing anything with a transmission and Everytime I went in to the store to get a part of tool Keilon if he was working I would spend the extra time waiting just so he could help me he is very knowledgeable about Ford transmissions and one time he was clocked out but still spent an extra 15 minutes to help me with everything and would answer any and all questions I had and if he didn't know he would try to find the answer for me this employee is a top tier employee

Stopped at auto zone this morning in need of some help with a vehicle I bought and the manager kelion took his time and made sure everything I needed was take me care of. I even offered him a tip and he respectfully declined. His genuine care and friendliness made it a pleasant experience I will be back!

I want to thank Vincent H at AutoZone in Dade City he was the only one who took the time to fix my taillights and brake lights. He is forever in my heart for fixing them for me....

We broke down and was able to get a jump and called AutoZone .To see if they had replacement battery .They are the best place around and very reliable.
It was night time and we were able to get battery for our Toyota Rav 4 and Vinny replaced for us .He was very knowledgeable and caring and customer oriented.
We will always use this place .Vinny is our new go to for auto parts or auto concerns .

This location came through for me in a big way after a different AutoZone location spec'd out and installed a battery for me the evening before that did fit and was (apparently) compatible, but cause me some concerns due to the fact that it fit my engine compartment differently. Here at this location, they were able to make it right, exchange in a more properly compatible battery, and then go through extra effort when the mounting hardware inside my engine compartment proved touchy. Bravo to the Dade City AutoZone location for going the extra mile.

Went into autozone today to purchase parts needed to perform my oil change on my truck. There was a problem with my autozone rewards. Called, 1/25/23 aound 6:30 pm and I got a real person!!! Asked if they could help me. Sure enough. Went in to buy loads of stuff that Kia in Wesley Chapel said I needed done on my car, but nope! Esp. with the newer cars. So, I showed the paperwork that Kia gave me. Nash went over and beyond customer service, helped me save loads of money and explained what really needed to be done, when and I always want to know why. Very patient. Thank you.

Christi went above and beyond to help me replace a battery in my vehicle over the weekend. Through the entire process she was polite, professional, and making the best of the situation. I rarely leave reviews but she definitely deserves a shoutout. Thanks again for your help!
