Huge selection!! Staff was helpful with my exchange. I ordered online and my jeans were too big. The exchange was easy. Will definitely be back! I can’t imagine buying my jeans anywhere else. The quality is great and they last forever. They carry a wide variety of styles, fits and lengths. Definitely worth the money.

The sales associates working there are so helpful. I walk in with a picture of an outfit that I like and they never disappoint. They tailor the shopping experience for each individual and give their undivided attention. Every location is amazing (although Joplin is my favorite) and extremely considerate!

I genuinely enjoyed the customer service here. I mean, I love their Sullen shirts they are fire! But I felt like I had my own tailored experience with the gentlemen who helped me today. Wish I got a name, he deserves the recognition for going above and beyond to make me feel valued.

Always a great please to heat quality jeans. The reclaim jeans are where it's at if you don't have the money atm to get there 70$ jeans but if you spend that extra 30$ the quality and style just gets better and better they give you what you pay for 100% go to the one in joplin mall they will take care of you. Just make sure you look for someone to help you before you mess up and get the wrong cut jeans.

The customer service here is truly one of a kind. They help you with your specific tastes in clothes and start showing you a variety of what you would possibly like. I love this store for clothing. Only place I shop for jeans!!!! Quick and painless!!!

I'd been looking everywhere for jeans that fit in the right style. I finally decided to head to Buckle. They had what I was looking for. Elaine helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't wanting to spend as much as I did per pair (she didn't try and push me into buying anything), but after going to Khols and JCPenny I was just happy I found jeans that fit. I never thought I'd shop at Buckle but I will not buy jeans anywhere else again. While I was in the fitting room she handed me stuff over the door! It was like shopping with a friend. Best customer service I've recieved anywhere ever.

Great service as soon as I walk in the door or the entrance or whatever you want to call if I get asked how am I doing is everything I'm looking for or may I help you find something, the amount of service you expect out of everywhere but you don't get at other department stores.
