I came in for help & Mr.James went ABOVE & BEYOND! He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about what I needed help with. He was also funny and pleasant as well! He made sure my car issue was completely fixed before I left the store! He reminds me of a dad who wanted to see his daughter not panic! I will most definitely be coming back to bring him lunch! He gets 5 stars from me with all the efforts it took for us to get my problem fixed!

I recently found out that I needed to repair my A/C because it was leaking coolant. Instead of spending a lot of money on that big repair this year, I stopped by AZ to ask for help buying refrigerant to get me through the remainder of the summer. Andre was super helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me the proper product to purchase and recharged the A/C for me. He walked me through each step so that I can do it myself next time. I'm thrilled and so grateful for the experience. Thank you!

Ashia was the most helpful and friendly associate I have ever encountered at Auto Zone. I’ve been to several in both PA and DE and I have never been impressed by the customer arrive I’ve received. My service was never bad, but Ashia elevated my experience to a whole other level! I hope she’s working the next time I need to make a purchase at the Phila Pike location!

I came in with a coolant leak for a BMW, and it was really nothing that could be done. James C. came to help me and had me back on the road in less than a half hr. Very good customer service and set of skills to kno how to get the job done.

The staff at this store is just the best. They are always extremely helpful and very pleasant.
The service here is so great I don't even price shop for parts because it's a wash.
I don't know if they have a great training program or they are just very good at evaluating Africans but I wish more businesses operated the way they do

Oh my goodness, I can’t recommend this Auto Zone enough! I came in with a tail light issue and John not only explained things to me in a way I could understand, but he even helped me fix my issue! Literally took the time to go above and beyond with helping me…I'm seriously so grateful! John is the best! Definitely ask for him if you need help or have any questions. Excellent customer service! Great service. Very polite and friendly

Above and Beyond for customer service, considering I showed up about 20 minutes before they closed. After coming outside to make sure it was the only bulb that I needed to replace, he also took the time to come outside and check that it was the only light I needed to replace. He was even going to see if he could install it, too, but it was a little more involved than he had anticipated.

Wow, great AutoZone experience today! I came in for a free battery check, and all of the employees working today (and the manager) were kind, considerate and helpful with the check and subsequent battery replacement.

I will definitely come back for future car needs.

James and the team at the Claymont location on Philadelphia Pike are amazing. They immediately greet you in a professional and friendly way when you walk in and go the extra mile to find what you need. I highly commend them for their excellent customer service

Extremely pleased with the customer service. I came in looking for oil for my car. I wasn’t too sure what type I needed. When I walked in, Janae immediately greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I told her what kind of car I have and she quickly grabbed what I needed. The visit was quick and efficient. Andre even took the time to add the oil in my car for me!!! Thankful for these two for their service. Definitely recommend.
