Bruh as a first time vape buyer. I called in to ask for a specific brand pen. He assured me that he had it and said to stop in anytime, I came in rite away. John , spent several minutes quizzing me needs and reasoning to vape. Then he offered me four choices and explained everyone in detail. Once I choice , I knew everything about in store. He then introduced me to the types of liquid and after I bought that too. He demonstrated how to use my unit and got me vaping in ten minutes. This is not buy -bag-go home and figure it out. You get treated well.

I like this store. The customer service is top tier. I had no idea what to buy but the ladies there helped me tremendously. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to get me to buy something that I didn’t need.

They have a good selection of nicotine salts two of the ones I've bought had a rich flavor profile that are consistent. Prices are slightly higher than online but using online forces me to wait so paying for convenience is not at all a big deal.

The woman at the counter was very knowledgable and helped me with my purchase to best suit my needs. I was going to purchase a much more expensive kit but she informed me that I wouldn't enjoy it as much as the kit that was 35 dollars cheaper.

I like that a lot, so from here on out they've made me a customer for any nic salt or upgrade I will purchase because of the great, honest customer service.

I'm a semi-regular customer of this establishment and for good reason. They treat their customers with care. Super friendly staff, well thought out space used for the mainfloor allowing for spectacular looking displays for all the products they sell other than just vape liquids! I've been to a few of the other stores around Wilmington, and this one is hands down the best!

June 2022 - I only purchased juice here but the price was lower than any of the other stores I've gone too. 5 stars, for real x2

April 2023 - I've been back here several times since that last review so guess what? It's time for an update friends. I got this Geekvape something-or-other device there in October (pictured) and it's been the only thing I've used for 6 months. Still works just as good as it did when I got it. I buy all my juice and atomizers here. It's super fantastic friendly family(?) fun. If you DON'T try them out, this grown man will cry (me.) Actually, if you don't vape, start vaping RIGHT TF NOW so you van utilize their services. Always friendly. Super knowledgeable. You get rewards that end up saving you $$. I have to wonder, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Go. Now. Well, when they open in a couple hours. K thx bye❤

Super amazing atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know very much about vapes but they were happy to show me, and after I bought my set up they took the time to show me how it works, and explain it. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision at all, and no extra products were pushed on me. 10/10, I definitely recommend to everyone interested in vaping liquid, coils, etc. They're a wonderful place.

The staff have always been knowledgeable and never tried to sell me something that I didn't want. This is the only place locally I've found that has the flavor of juice that I like, and tastes exactly like what you would expect. They make it in house, so hopefully I'll never have an issue in finding this flavor ever again. (Cinnamon candy)
I had a neurological event about 6 years ago and unfortunately it affected my taste buds for some reason and now this is the only flavor that I've found that I can taste and actually enjoy. I had stopped vaping for almost a year because I could no longer taste and enjoy the juices anymore, until I stumbled onto the cinnamon flavor. It tastes like a fireball.
They always know what they have in stock, what they do or do not sell or carry, which is amazing because most places the staff doesn't know off hand what products they carry. I've never felt rushed, and they've always answered any questions I had, and made recommendations when I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this place.

If you don't want or like to use company made vape juice, this is the place for you. They make their own brand of a variety of flavors. Something for everybody here. The staff is knowledgeable and patient with those that aren't fanatics but still use vape products and the price is reasonable. This is my go-to spot for my products.

Great people great product and without question, Andrew the owner was far ahead of the curve getting into the industry. He was the first to open up a brick and mortar in Delaware and with that said, they are by far the most knowledgeable around with the best product and service one could ask for. Great job Andrew and staff keep up the great work.

Always good vibes in the store. The two beautiful young ladies are always so helpful and pleasant. They go above and beyond to help out and their customer service is elite. Definently my 1 and only vape shop that I go to for a reason.

Very helpful. I walked in there today on a referral from a friend after a horrible experience paying twice as much for a Mod that did not work and could not be returned just 12 hours after purchased. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and super patient with me as I know very little and was truly worried about being screwed again. No worries there. She didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Felt so good I bought even more than I needed and couldnt be happier with the purchase. Thanks again for reinstalling some faith in a world where good customer service is a thing rarely found. Kudos

Great shop! The staff was more knowledgeable than I could have asked for and were very helpful. They helped me pick out a unit that works for me for how I wanted to use it (pre-filled versus non, what types of juice it uses). I appreciated that they weren’t pushy with certain options; they just gave me a ton of info and let me decide.

Store itself is beautifully modern, staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Started going here cause it's on my way home from work. Kept going here cause of how awesome it is. At this point I'm friends with most if not all of the staff and they all really know their stuff when it comes to vaping. They always run sales and most of the time I get a better deal than I could find online. I've been to their other location in the past and love it too.

Excellent vape shop in every way. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that cares more about helping you than making a sale. Great selection of juices, hardware and accessories, all well priced. Great place to go whether you're new to vaping or experienced.

I had a great experience at the Delaware Vapor Clamont location. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The staff had trouble finding my rewards account in their computer system, but tried everything they could in the end they gave me a little something for the trouble. Absolutely will be back. The best place to vape in Delaware!

This is the best vape shop. There are vape shops up and down Delaware. They come and go. This vape shop has a great selection of juice and mechanisms. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The layout is nice and warm. Cool atmosphere. There’s another one up in Claymont.
