Big O Tires

Billy Daniels has been taking care of my cars for several years. He is always honest, friendly and does the best he can for his customers. On this occasion I took my son’s car in for regular maintenance, found out the tires needed to be replaced ASAP. There was no delay in the time of getting it fixed. Billy got us a good set of tires and I was still able to pick up my son’s car when expected with all maintenance work completed and new tires installed. I walked out of there feeling confident that my son is safe on the road. If costumer service is important to you, take your car to Billy at Big O in South Olathe, you will not be disappointed.

Went there with the intention of getting one tire replaced but then realized I probably needed all 4. After talking to Chris about all my options, we settled on the BigO brand because of then 75k mile warranty AND the road hazard coverage was included. While the car was in the air they replaced the rear rotors and pads (didn’t know they did brake service). Very pleased with the knowledge of the staff, friendliness, communication….all of it. GREAT EXPERIENCE all around. Plan to be back for sure.

I shopped around for tires at multiple places and found myself at Big O Tires website. It said they would try to match a lower price so I called and spoke with Josh. He was so helpful and worked with me to find a great set of tires for the price I was wanting to spend. I was able to go in that same day and get new tires. They ride great! Josh recommended some really great tires and we are very pleased with the service.

Josh and his team were great! I got a flat tire while working and grew anxious because I had to drive 2.5 hours the next evening for the Holiday. However, they were able to help me immediately! They were super quick and efficient. I can’t thank them enough!

Had some troubles with tires I purchased at a different location while on a trip. Once home went to this location hoping they could help. Store manger Josh took care of everything. This was some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! Store was clean and all staff was friendly and took care of my tire trouble. We’ll done, thanks guys

I had a flat on the side of the road so I had to change my tire myself. I drove straight to Big O to see if they could repair the tire. While they were looking at the tire, someone came out and checked to see if I got the lugs tight enough (because I was nervous about it) and checked the tire pressure on all the tires. Unfortunately, it was not in a repairable spot so I had to buy a new tire. Due to it being time for new tires anyway, we decided to buy a new set. Josh helped my husband (over the phone) and me find the right tires for us. He gave his professional opinion but didn’t push hard trying to sell us on tires. He gave his opinion and let us choose. We really appreciated them taking care of us that day!

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and the manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Needing to replace my old, bulging tires, the manager’s expertise helped me decide on a new set of tires, which best fit my needs and driving style. I spent less time and money on the service than what I had mentally prepared for. 10 out of 10 recommend for outstanding customer service.

I called with a flat 2 hours before they closed. The manager told me to bring it in and they got it patched right away! They put it back on the van for me and I was back on the road within 30 minutes.
The 2nd Big O' that I've done business with and I've been very impressed with both.

I was traveling by myself. I pulled into the shopping strip in Olathe KS off highway 169 with my one ton and camper. My truck was bouncing all over the road to the point I couldn’t keep going. I went over to Big O Tire Shop #16020 and asked if they might look at my truck and see what my problem was. Josh came over and checked my truck out and told me to bring it around the back and they would check the balancing on my front tires. Both tires, which I had balanced before leaving home, had lost the weights so were in need of balancing. Johnathan balanced both tires which I requested they be balanced the old fashion way or counterbalanced. The shop was supposed to close at 6:00pm and they didn’t hesitate to help me even though it made it later to close 6:30 approximately. It made all the difference in the world driving the last 3 hrs home. Josh was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help.

Checked and balanced my tires, and not only changed the oil but reset the oil warning light. Their competitor never does. The guy also warned me about a broken bolt and told me what to do about it, because their employees here actually know about cars! TY!

After a long road trip I noticed a nail in one of my tires late in the day and I needed to make another road trip the next day so I called Big O Tires to see if they could repair my tire in the morning. Kalyn got me right in, and they repaired my tire and put it back on while taking my spare back off that I had put on and even stored my spare back on my vehicle for me. This was all done in about 30 minutes while I waited and the cost was very reasonable. Great job!

Kalyn was very helpful when I called about wanting four new tires. I wanted a certain brand they didn't have in stock and she made it right by matching the price. They also let me know I needed a front wheel alignment. I said that was fine because I had the vehicle for four years and believe it never had one before me. They started doing that and couldn't completely finish the alignment because the bolts were hard to get off. If they happened to try and break it in the process that might make the customer upset and be calling for a ride. It's better to have somebody else get it off and bring it back for alignment. They made it right by still aligning what they could free of charge. I never problem with this place and I been going here since 2016.

We have been looking for another place to have the oil changed on our vehicles due to issues with the previous business that we used. We are pleased with the service that we received today at your West Olathe, KS store and wanted to review our experience. Kalyn was the person that I first contacted and she handled the booking of our appointment and the explanation of services flawlessly and professionally. The guys in the service bay did everything that they were supposed to do and we are quite pleased with the job that they did. Overall, this was a five-star experience for us and we will most definitely be back.

Being 600 miles away I went to Big O Tires when discovering there was a problem. On the Olathe South location. The employees looked at the problem, remedied it, and did not charge me. I was very impressed with the one who took down my information and the new employee with her. They both were very professional and helped me immensely. When we gave car problems and are back in Olathe I definitely will go to thus Big O Tire location. The friendliness was also a huge plus. Thanks for helping!!!

They got me in last minute, and had my tires mounted and balanced in no time. It’s a bit far from me, but I will definitely be using their location for now on. The people that work there are very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend!
