Hailey is absolutely fantastic! We had a problem with our pickup order that we didn’t realize until we got home. I called to discuss the issue and Hailey apologized for the inconvenience and remade the entire order for free the follow day (she gave us the choice to either remake the order for free or give us store credit for the order). I was really impressed by the level of service and she went above and beyond to make it right. We have been customers here for a long time and this just reinforced why i will never go anywhere else for sushi. This restaurant is top notch food and service.

1010 Best Sushi I’ve ever been to. Definitely high-quality ingredients. The taste is outstanding. It just doesn’t get any better than this. The place is beautiful and every waitress here is so kind and always a smile. I’ve been a customer here for years, and I simply won’t go anywhere else. Please try the Michigan role!

We come here often, and one of the nicest things about this place is that it is consistent. We ordered the Salem roll, the sunrise roll, the salmon skin roll, the Michigan roll, the firefly roll, sake, mussel misoyaki, takoyaki, and a couple drinks. Everything was fresh and came out promptly. The servers are exceptional and fully knowledgeable about what’s on the menu. I wouldn’t necessarily order nigiri or sashimi here but for standard rolls, it’s very good. Our total came to about $80 before tip. The bathrooms as well as the entire restaurant is always clean. I would recommend this place over most of the other local sushi places specifically because the fish is always fresh and the food is always consistent.

So good! We took a convertible ride & ended up in Salem and enjoyed a delightful sushi dinner with great rolls and Sashimi. Absolutely recommend the Indian Summer roll!

BEST sushi in Salem by far, Sashimi melts in your mouth. Family love the rolls too. Not only is the food outstanding the service is excellent. Never disappointed 😘

Reliable chain. Large menu with well made sushi and other Japanese options, large portions. They have some less common fish such as escolar. Lunch specials are a great deal.

I love the food here. It's fresh and tasty! There was great communication between us and the staff during the meal in between ordering courses.

Mine and my wife's favorite recurring date night, much prefer the night visits and I wish I knew her name but there is a taller blonde lady who is very "of course dear" sort of customer service professional that we just love! Always recommend but can be pretty busy!

It's hard to find a good sushi restaurant, but this place has beyond amazing seaweed rolls 😍 everything was delicious.

I came here on a Monday afternoon. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The sushi chefs were willing to make my pokey bowl with salmon instead of tuna and made it gluten free. The staff are very friendly.
