I was greeted when I walked in.

Ordered a tall iced white chocolate mocha one less pump with whip, perfect to start the day

It was about 7:30 a.m. on a Friday and so so busy

After a disappointing encounter at Old Allatoona Rd, I walked into this location. The cashier here was incredibly polite, offering to switch my box due to the freshness issue at the other place. They gladly made the switch, and I left happy and satisfied. Thank you for turning my day around!

The service is great. I didn't have to wait long to get my frappacinno. The employees are very nice and we'll respectful. They gave me exactly what I ask for. The restaurant was very clean. I'm definitely coming back and getting another frappacinno. They are great.

Good tea, fun staff, and I love how willing they are to make special odd drinks when you ask for it. Seriously this is one of the best ran Starbucks in Ga. and I’ve been to at least half of them because of my adventuring habits

Ask for advice here and they will always help you pick something good. All of them have great costumer service skill also.

I love this place. Staff is always friendly and willing to explain or answer my questions. I'm the customer that will ask what flavors do they currently have, and they list them every time with no issue/ attitude. I order ahead alot through the app and 9/10 my drink is ready when I get there. They are normally well staffed though also so the lines move pretty smoothly.

They always do a great job rolling through the orders.

This place is the only Starbucks in Cartersville that makes a great green tea latte! It goes well with a chocolate croissant 🤤

The girl taking my order was so kind, and even though they were busy the speed was on point. My drinks were perfect too! Very thankful for this Starbucks :)

I visited last Sunday evening around 8PM. I want to commend the young woman---unfortunately, I don't know her name---for her conscientiousness, commitment to product quality, and excellent customer service. She was having difficulty with the equipment. She poured-out, and remade my drink three times until it was right! She cared! I also had a great experience there a week ago when I made a workplace coffee run. The crew that morning was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The service was prompt. The store is very clean.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The staff is always very nice and timing is great even when they are slammed.

Today in particular I went to get my new favorite drink, the Mint Java Chip frappuccino. It was very busy and they informed me they did not have everything to make the drink. I was fully prepared to pick something else until a kind gentlemen hopped on and gave some alternative ways to make it for me anyways. I'm not super picky so, although it didn't taste the exact same, it was still very good and I'm very pleased! The true meaning of barista! I wish I got the name of the gentlemen that helped. This made my day! ☕😋

The drive thru is a bit narrower than normal, but still navigable. I was having a bit of a tough mental day and even though I did not express it, the staff complimented my appearance and that just made my day! The drive thru moved quickly and communication with the kind lady managing the drive thru window was effortless. I thoroughly enjoyed my quick experience here.

I enjoyed the vanilla bean frappe and the cookies and cream cake pop today! Both were well made and delicious.

Food was hot and coffee was just the way I like it. Wish they had pumpkin year round though…

I come here pretty much every morning before work and the workers are ALWAYS so nice and have the best personalities. This is definitely my favorite store. Specifically, Riley (I hope I got it right) was so funny and nice this morning, and I really needed it. Thank you for a wonderful encounter.

I come here 3 days a week before work and love this location the most! The service is top notch and my order is ALWAYS right! Shoutout to Hannah and Riley for always being awesome!

Dependable service and product even when crowded.

When we came to this Starbucks, it had amazing service. We where getting two large to go coffee jugs and the service was on point. They told us exactly how long we had to wait. They also brought it out to our car and helped us with the coffee.

Highly recommend this place. It was super clean and organized as well. The staff are amazing. Great work everyone. Keep it up!

Also they had great music playing and everyone was very friendly. With so many starbucks in the area, this is the best one to pick from. We tried all four of them to say that as well. Highly recommended.
