My car dealership recommended both engine and cabin filter replacements. I called this location from their waiting area and spoke with Audra. She was very nice and helpful. She told me that each item was only $20-something each and she would show me how to replace them myself. So I declined replacements with the dealership and went straight there as soon as my car was ready. Luckily I caught Audra before she left for the day. She very quickly found and pulled out both filters. Before ringing me up, she asked to take a look first. I popped the hood. Audra showed me where the engine filter was / how to get to it and she saw it was pretty clean. Neither filter needed to be replaced and she was honest with me about it- instead of trying to sell me items I didn’t need. I am extremely grateful to her and will continue going to this O’Reilly’s as they appear to be honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this location to others!!

Had a great experience with Audra at this location. Came in for an alternator test and during process my battery died. She help me get the vehicle jumped so I could get home. We diagnosed the alternator was going out because battery was actually good. Sold me the part. I got home and swapped it out and saved my self so much money. She couldn't have been kinder and more helpful.

Our family started doing our own maintenance and basic repairs on our cars both as a hobby and to save some money. We primarily order parts and equipment here because the staff are always friendly and helpful. We never feel like we are asking stupid questions and the staff go out of their way to help us find things.

We Love going to O’Reilly Auto Parts because their associates are always friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable in their field and always point us in the right direction.

This store in particular always has good friendly employees who deliver a great experience!

Javier Chapa was sooo amazing and had excellent customer service. The only part that kind of upsetted me was watching his co-worker (blonde hair little girl) come out and roll her eyes & walked away all upset because he was still assisting me! Someone there needs to educate blondie on customer service, that was very rude & unprofessional. Thank you again Javier!!

Javier is extremely knowledgable and professional in his communication. I needed a unique battery that none of the other auto parts stores could find. Javier found it in the system and had it at the store within 1 day.

As a female I went in crying I had to get a part for my car I didn’t know anyone that’s install it. Shoutout to Austin who saw my crying & help me with my car part & put that car part on 100/10 service to Austin!

My friend's car battery died and it was 104 degrees outside. We were trying to figure out how to get her battery replaced after we made it to the auto parts store. We thought we would have to go to yet another place to get the battery replaced, but the assistant manager Francisco came to our rescue! He replaced the battery for us and we didn't have to go to another place, didn't have to spend more money, and got to have a pleasant conversation with him. What a wonderful experience and great guy! Definitely come here if you are having a bad day and just need some help!

They had everything I needed & was very helpful.

Needed a new battery and could not have better customer service! They took time to look up my (complicated) battery type, walked me through my options and installed for me - even cleaning up the corrosion from the old battery. Audra and Mike have provided excellent service every time!

My battery died and so did my fuse in my Mazda. They didn’t have what I needed, but the man working there built me a makeshift fuse and ordered the right part so the next day I’d have it! The staff here are God’s gift. Very patient people, and very smart. Very helpful too.

The employee Rick Davis is very knowledgeable about parts and vehicles and will not bs you and will get you the correct part and his customer service is beyond professional and he helps his team members and and management. this guy needs a promotion.

I needed a new battery and had my engine light on. I was helped by Danni. I highly recommend her. She was honest and answered all my questions. All my needs were met and I am very satisfied with the service. All my interactions with staff was awesome and I had great efficient help. I highly recommend this location.

I actually love this little store. Seems like they have the largest selection of oddball tools here. Little specialty stuff everywhere. Both of my last two visits were good. It has a old school feel and smell in the store, reminds me of the 90's auto parts store. Prices are half of what auto-zone was charging for the same tool. I got two swivel socket adapters for less than one at the other stores. Manager and co-works were really cool and not pushy, even had a nice personal battery tester for cheap to. Over all fun outing to O'Reilly's

I called ahead to see if they had headlight bulbs for my make and model and Stephen was very helpful! He answered all my questions and helped me install the light bulbs.

Just the best customer service ever. So incredibly helpful and pleasant. I was having trouble finding a part for an older vehicle and they persisted and persisted until they found it. So much better than the dealership. Totally recommend this store.

I lost the love of my life March 5th in a tragic car accident so times are hard. Long story short my AC quit working so I went to O'Reilly because they have always been knowledgeable about my truck and have helped in the past. RC greeted me when I walked in and helped me figure out what was wrong with my AC and showed me what parts I needed. I can't thank RC enough for his help. He deserves an award for helping those in need. I also want to say that the whole staff is friendly and helpful. #BestAutoPartStoreInGeorgetownTX.

Outstanding store! Have had the opportunity to get parts here a few different times over the past couple years. These people are fantastic! Helped my daughter install headlight bulbs. Very helpful.
