Quilts On Plumlane

Our quilting group took a "play day" and visited 3 quilt shops within about a 30 mile radius. This wasc our 3rd and last visit of the day. We saved the best for last!!! Everyone found something they loved. I had been looking for small floral pattern material. I found it here. I also got the materials for 2 wall hangings I have promised. I was in heaven. They have a great selection of fabrics and . are very helpful to answer questions you may have. I busted my budget big time but I am still smiling just thinking about going back there.

explaining pattern instructions. Thanks to Rhonda for not giving up on me when I was a newby and Carol for all her help selecting fabric. Donna has the best shop around!

Absolutely the greatest. Has one of the best teachers for basic quilt/piecing techniques ever. Always friendly and helpful. Well worth any drive. Plus classes and supplies for wool piecers.

Sadly, Donna has retired & Quilts on Plum Lane is no moe. Central Florida has lost one of its premier quilt shops. Florida quilters will really miss this shop. I know I will. Enjoy your retirement, Donna!!!! Maybe now you'll have time to quilt for yourself.

Very helpful and friendly people. Willing to help pick colors, answer questions, or just talk in general. Little shop packed full of stuff. I have never left without having found something that I could not live without. This one is at the top of my list of shops to visit!!
