Very helpful and considerate staff! Finally found a pair of jeans I’ve been searching for for months. Super cute clothes and just a great vibe overall. Adding this store to my “regulars” list!

My favorite store in Austin! A great place to shop - clothes that are made of good fabric and are well constructed. The aesthetic is really great - a good collection of staples, and really cute seasonal stuff. Plus the layout is beautiful, and the sales staff are helpful and friendly. Every time I go in, I find another piece that I want to wear all the time! Definite must stop on congress.

Even as a guy I love coming to this shop. Everytime I’m in Austin I like checking out the Kapital they carry and other brands they are big on.

The clothing selection is fine - it's mostly utilitarian-esque brands like Alex Mill or Carhartt. But I was disappointed that the staff were loudly gossiping about another small business in Austin the entire time we were there (one, in fact, that I'd visited a few hours prior, where I had a lovely experience). That kind of soured my visit to Daughters, and I didn't feel like staying long.

They have nice clothing, but it’s rather expensive. What disappointed me was the lack of acknowledgment from the staff — they acted like we weren’t even there.
