I ordered a few sweaters for the winter and unfortunately the place I ordered from didn't include my apartment number on the package despite me listing it on my shipping address. I didn't even find out about it until the day it was supposed to be delivered. However, the employees at this post office were SO helpful in fixing my address on the package and ensuring me that it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't even the post office's fault that it was messed up in the first place. The same day I called the post office I also sent an email about the situation and was told I would hear back within one business day and I actually received a phone call the same day. I know 2020 has been a very strange year, but I am thankful to have the USPS to help us receive our mail and packages every single day.

Nobody enjoys going to the post office. You’re always in a rush and there’s always a line and that’s just kind of how it is. However. I’m bordering on enjoying this post office. All the people that work there are very polite and helpful as long as you are polite and helpful to them. Especially Atiya. She is super helpful and she has a great sense of humor and very sarcastic wit and that’s basically my favorite type of humor. So if you have to go to post office, these people make it not too painful on a bad day and on a good day they make it pretty fun. By the way, I am putting a five star rating based on my experience today… Atiya was there, helpful as always, there was no line. Perfect post office day

I sell online and the employees at my Northport location have always gone out of their way to help me. They are always very polite and patient and believe me I have tested that patience on a couple of occasions LOL. Cannot praise them enough 💕💕💕💕💕

The young woman working the counter was very nice- I was in and out quickly with no issues, and I had to mail something international as well. Great experience!

This is the best USPS location in all of the Tuscaloosa/Northport area. They usually always have more than one employee which helps a lot in making everything faster. Moreover the employees are young and have a good professional attitude (unlike other locations that have dinosaurs working in them making everything slower). The only thing missing in this location is a self service machine. WHY NONE OF THE USPS LOCATIONS IN THIS AREA HAVE THIS?!?!

The service is somewhat slow given that there is always an elderly man at the counter. However, I have never had an issue with anything shipping related.
