Evan, the delivery technician was amazing! Hands down the best service I've seen in a very long time. He was professional, caring, and understanding about our needs. I had great communication with the office personnel getting the bed and wheelchair ordered and delivered. I absolutely recommend this company and will continue to use them if needed again. From the receptionist to the Therapist, Gilbert Cavazos, they took good care of me and my husband, who is the patient. The explanations of how to use the equipment and the importance of use it were very helpful and clear.

Carlos did a great jo explaining everything to me. Everything I have had to do with your staff members has gone very well. They are professional and efficient.

Carlos always has a smile, and is always professional. He texts me before coming out, and always delivers just what I ordered.
