Travel Now with April - Dream Vacations

We decided to book a tour of Greece for a graduation present for our daughter and contacted April to help put this together.

Previously, when traveling, we did all of our own arrangements so this was a little out of our comfort zone to go this route.

I have to say that we were extremely pleased with the diligent work that April put in. All of our accommodations were top-notch, and everything from the flights to the transfers, went off without a hitch.

The tour that April booked us on, was perfect for what we wanted to do and see in Greece and her suggestions on excursions were on point.

We ended our trip with three days in Santorini and the accommodations that April set up for us were incredible and postcard picture perfect.

We are already starting to think about our next trip and will definitely ask April to put this one together for us again.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for April for helping my family plan our trip to Norway. What started off as an impromptu idea became a reality with about 2 months of planning, all thanks to April’s help! April was so amazing she answered all my questions and never made me feel dumb asking questions, due to me never being on a trip like this or on a plane. We went to Hawaii she picked us a great hotel or plans changed after the Maui fire and she took care of it all. She gave us options to choose from. We will definitely be using April again, since we started planning this trip I feel like she is a great friend that I'm proud to have but never meet in person.

From helping us figure out what kind of vacation we wanted to take, understanding our options, cost, to booking, travel insurance, assistance while we were abroad, etc., she handled it all. We ended up going to an all inclusive in La Romana in the Dominican Republic. It was fantastic and 100% worry free thanks to April's assistance. She was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I did not know April from Adam, we just randomly found her looking up travel agents online. I truly thank God we found her! She was ALWAYS attentive to us, called back quickly everytime, spent countless time answering so many questions from big to the smallest. She was extremely helpful and so pleasant....just a truly wonderful person. We had several problems along the way....nothing with her, but with a challenging situation about room change last minute and bad weather etc. She literally saved the cruise for us due to last minute changes....she spent hours on the phone with the cruise line to work out our last minute change. I cannot recommend her enough! She went to great lengths to help us! There are a lot of details concerning taking a cruise with your family and she was there every step of the way. She makes you feel as if you are her only client (even though I know she juggles many) in her attentiveness and attention to detail. She is someone I would want as a friend.

April made our whole trip and experience so easy and I’m so glad that we chose her as our agent! From the very first phone call, April was highly responsive, and paid close attention to what our needs were when looking for a family vacation. She was patient in answering all of our questions, and made plenty of phone calls in our behalf to the hotel, transport, excursions, etc. April went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience possible. This was my family’s first cruise and I must say it was truly amazing… April, our travel agent, helped us with everything and I mean everything. She told us what to expect and she was spot on… it was a wonderful experience and we plan on taking another cruise and of course we’re using April again. What an amazing Alaska trip! We cruised our way through the most beautiful places, stunning glaciers and April arranged it all. We shared our wants/requirements and she delivered well beyond our expectations. April is wonderful! She is very informative and helpful. We used her to book a cruise and saved money by booking through her versus the cruise line. She is also super prompt at answering all of my questions! We had so much fun on our most recent vacation that I contacted her as soon as I got home to plan another one!

April was fantastic at helping us with the planning and booking of our group cruise to the Mexican Riviera! This was my first time working with a travel agent, and boy am I glad we had April there to help us with all the details and (probably annoying) questions involved -- I don't think I would have made it onto that ship without her guidance and inside knowledge. She was stellar at wrangling the various members of our group. And talk about attentive -- April even called the day before we embarked, to wish us all a great time. So last minute trip plan for Las Vegas found company on line . I called 4 companies April was the only one to follow up immediately . April called me ask me what I was wanting told her by the time that call ended I honestly felt like she was a friend. She’s very welcoming ! Had a problem at check in , I paid for a room facing the strip but they put me in the back facing a wall! I took 2 hours out of my vacation trying to sort it out finally gave up called April with in 30 minutes I was moved to the correct room the hotel also comped 200.00 dollars for room services… April made our trip amazing. Now April is planning my son’s honeymoon trip …. I highly recommend her company! - very satisfied customer

April has helped me plan 2 vacations and they were so amazing!! April made me a day by day (actually minute by minute) plan/itinerary. April knew all the secret gems to make trip so special. She was on the phone for over a week (totaling over 50 hours) to make sure we got everything we needed and to arrange special transportation. I never had to stress about trip because I knew April was behind the scenes making sure every detail was perfect. She made sure dinner times were planned around the events on the ship every night so we could make the most of our time on the ship. I can not recommend April enough.

April is an excellent travel agent! She helped me narrow down my destination and found exactly what I was looking for in flights and a hotel. She even provided recommendations on restaurants, events, and things to do while on vacation. She checked in periodically and always made herself available to address any of our questions. We had a wonderful Cruise, and April Morrison was wonderful and present, and joyfully helpful with every step of the way, and even with any of my events on the boat, she greatfully offered great suggestions! And even called me a few times to make sure things were going smoothly, as well as text! April was very supportive along the way, as I hadn't Cruised in 20 years, and many things had changed. April made this the easiest trip ever she took care of everything , all I had ti do is make sure I got to the airport on time & she even lol called to make sure I didn’t miss my flight. Las Vegas was amazing. The hotel put us in the wrong room I spent 2 hours of my vacation time trying to sort it out finally called April not only did she resolve the problem they upgraded us to a better room !! I would highly recommend her services to anyone that’s wants a worry free vacation knowing that April will make sure everything is perfect!! Now using her to coordinate my son’s honeymoon vacation!
