North Park Produce

I recently visited North Park and was thoroughly impressed. The wide range of authentic products they offer, from spices, meat, to traditional ingredients, made me feel like I was experiencing a piece of Iraq. The friendly staff was more than happy to share their knowledge about the products and even recommended some delicious ready-to-eat dishes. The flavors were rich and brought back memories of my childhood. Overall, a fantastic place to explore the culinary delights of Iraq.

I visited this market for the first time. I liked all the variety this store had to offer from halal meats, fresh fruits and vegetables to all the authentic cooking needs. I loved their fresh bread and hot meat pies to go section. The store was clean and the customer service was excellent.

I pass by once a month to pick up most of the middle Eastern groceries that I like. I usually get the Labneh, olives, bread and pickles from there. I like the place, it's usually clean and the customer service is normally good. No waiting time to get to the cash registers and staff is friendly. That's why I keep going back!

LOVE this spot. It's the best NP produce in SD County, including the one in NP! Lol. Amazing bread, nice produce, and i get a little cultural lesson from the veru friendly folks at the register. Today i learned about this crispy unlevened bread called Arouk at the store, but online i found as Arook Soma, and how Chaldean folks use it on certain holidays. Oh and their felafel sandwich is lovely with freshly cooked bread, house make pickles, ans a delicious mango curry type of sauce.

Great deals on vegetables. Fresh fish also. Even cooked food ready to eat.

They do have everything you need it daily, and their prices are lowest among all stores I visited, I love their fresh bread

Variety of food, almost always fresh grocery and the restaurant make the difference for this market.
Prices are relatively cheap. I almost go there once a week. Lahmacun and roasted chicken became our favorite from the restaurant. All meat options are halal and they have weekly discount on at least one item. I hope they open a branch in Chula Vista

I always stop here for produce. Bell peppers and cucumbers are a really good price. I also love their sampler platters with hummus, baba ghanoush, etc and the dolmas. I also usually pick up some kefir cheese for leibne dip. They have fresh baked bread as well.

All right everybody, if you haven't been to the North Park Produce you're missing out on an experience that's unbelievable. The tamales are the best I've ever had and they're cheap

A very good place if you are looking for the Iraqi authentic food. Where you have the choice of buying from the hot rack the Iraqi delicious kuba, borek, lahm bajin and other great Iraqi dishes like dolma and other choices of rice and stew like tabsi (eggplant stew) yabsa (white beans stew).
Oh by the way they sell Leban Irbil too and so many choices of the middle Eastern dairy products.

North Park produce is an Iraqi Arab store that sells fresh produce and some great arab canned food that all Arab backgrounds love and want. They also had an oven to make fresh bread as well as Lahem b ajin . One for 2.50$. The place is decent but need more renovation from inside. Employees are well trained and professional and kind with customers. Prices are really affordable and you can find here any spices you are looking for. The best thing they have here is fresh dates majdool with both yellow and black color. If you live in Cahon or visiting then this place is a perfect stop to grab something fresh to eat and enjoy

Great place to find all Mediterranean foods and groceries. Friendly staff and good prices. I highly recommend!

I really enjoy the produce. Prices are good. The homemade breads are absolutely wonderful.

There is so much to love at this market. There is a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. On occasion, they have some organic items, but mostly, there isn't organic. That doesn't bother me, though. Persian cucumbers are a great price. They also have some bulk items, including beans, rice, and seeds of all kinds. Going to North Park Produce is also a cultural experience too, complete with music and a language I don't understand. Heck, it feels like I'm on a holiday, which is a great way to reframe my encounters there.
They also have a wonderful meat counter and fresh made cheeses, freshly baked breads, and food to go. Go and check it out for yourself, you be glad you did! 🙂

The variety of food is awesome and the people there are amazing. If you have a question, ask a question. It feels that they enjoy their job and want you to enjoy the part of your journey when you are with them. Highly recommend ... and thank you 👍

Great neighborhood market with super fresh mint, dill and many other herbs. Best freshly baked flat breads, try the one with the bell peppers and olives, amazing! Their wraps are freshly made to order. You can see the bakers in action who make the breads, so genuine. If you are a fan of Mezze, this is THE place. There reigns a family atmosphere here, where everyone seems to be service oriented. No doubt a stronghold for the Chaldean community but although I do not fit that description, I come here very often because of their approach to freshness and able to deliver a very fair price.
Best kept secret….. The Turkish pistachios are irresistible.
Last but not least, the lady who manages the place is a great leader, I’ve seen her many time in action and she leads from the front if business requires it and keeps a watchful eye on her team to deliver great service.

Great place for good Arabic food items. The fresh bread is #1! Beautiful mint, basil, parsley, and salad ingredients at a great price. ...facility needs a little cleaning, so please do a deep cleaning in near future. Great place and location is perfect! Thank you!

i really Reccomed this store. They have fresh everything i don't even wanna talk about the cutomer service there is one girl with long hair register 5 she really took me away with her smile and respectful smart thank you for the help whoever you are your amazing.
