Today, Anthony provided exceptional customer service by successfully selling us a new iPhone. He demonstrated excellent efficiency and showcased a personable and professional demeanor throughout the transaction. I highly recommend his services.

Went in to the Oceanside store and was greeted by Anthony who helped us get a new phone for mom. He was courteous, efficient and helped us with all our needs and we were on our way! We found this location after leaving Costco and realizing we should always go straight to an At & t store. Thank you Anthony !!!!

The most helpful staff. Liz is always very friendly and so helpful when I need help with my bill. I am so happy we switched from Tmobile to ATT.

Manager Leanord help me out today and did an amazing job. He saved me a lot of money I was over paying for services I didn’t need. I also had cox cable I was paying triple so I signed up for AT&T internet better service and paying half of what I was paying cox.. if you are in Oceanside California go see Leanord

Anthony was a very great help to me explaining the process of me upgrading my phones as well as being patient with me and wife while we had a lot of questions about our new phones.

My experience with Anthony at the Oceanside store was top tier he assisted me with all of my concerns and needs very professional and treated me like family.. I’ll definitely be back to Oceanside oh and did i mention I live downtown San Diego but good customer service is hard to find

Cole was absolutely a delight to work with and I hope he gets to read this review. Cole greeted us within 2 minutes of arrival, he was so kind and courteous as he listened to what we wanted to accomplish during our visit. He made us feel right at home! Cole is the epitome of a perfect customer service representative. He's a great and honest sales rep and really cares about the guests he serves. He even throws in a few laughs for free! 10/10 would recommend!

Anthony helped us out when we went in for a trade in and he was awesome. I wasn’t able to get help online but he helped us out with finding the right phone for my husband!
