Had to bring something back and the employees couldn't have been more helpful. Spent 3 times the money in there that I had originally been refunded. They were that awesome.

I would like to thank the team at this store. On Saturday June 4th I visited the outlet with my family. We visited many of the stores and had a few bags. Unfortunately during our shopping one of our bags(POLO)was accidentally sat down and we did not realize it was missing until we got home a 1 1/2 hours away..
Of course this was a frustrating situation, we did not know which store it may have been left in. It was close to close of business so by the time we were home all the stores were closed.

On Sunday morning I was up calling every store that I could remember we went to as well as the Security Office. Everyone that answered said no bag had been turned in. I tried calling Puma but didn’t get an answer the first few times.

After waiting awhile and calling back to my surprise the associate that answered the phone said yes we do have your POLO bag. I was so happy & thankful!! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name , I was so relieved I just thanking him and assured him I would be back to retrieve my bag. Once I called again before I got on the road I was reassured by an associate named Mark that my bag was safe in a drawer behind the register.
I drove the 1 1/2 to the Outlet and there was my bag!
I want to thank the store management team & associates for their honesty. It was a bag with merchandise of 257.00 it is great to know their are still honest people. I’m just so grateful!!

Wasn’t bad at all I ended up buying xtra clothes plus find good tennis shoes walking shoes

Dakari Burke and his staff are amazing! They were able to find what I came in shopping and more . I would recommend anyone shopping in this mall to visit this store. You will receive Top notch customer service

For an Outlet Store, it has a very variety and products.

This store had the best Labor Day deals. I bought couple shoes with the help from couple employees. This store has awesome staff. I was very happy.

Great selection, amazing prices. Chopped it with Malik who gave the details on the best deals and prices. He is just as much of a Puma-geek as me. He pointed me to some great finds that were 75% off.
