This tropical smoothie is the GOAT!!!! Came to get a pick up order and ordered at the wrong address, I only have a 30 minute lunch so was so frustrated with myself! Well these angels not only made my food in under 5 minutes but didn’t make me pay twice 🥹🥹🥹 thank you to this team for being so sweet to this hungry pregnant gal! ❤

I've been going to this location since 2011 and it is fantastic! I normally get an Acai Berry Boost smoothie or a Lean Machine smoothie along with a Buffalo Chicken wrap. This time, I decided to go with a Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread and it was delicious! The staff are always courteous and the dining area is always clean as well. They also have a drive-thru at this location which is very convenient.

We love this place. We have enjoyed the food and service at several of their locations. Always pleased.

I LOVE this place so much that I got my kids started! The Pomegranate Plunge is my absolute favorite! The Peanut Butter Cup is always amazing too! Definitely planning to try their food soon! Love the fact that it's low calorie and made with nonfat yogurt, so any smoothie can be used as a low calorie meal replacement!♡

I religiously went to this location until I moved for school. The staff knew me by name and were always very helpful. I got to talk to the manager a couple of times and I will say Destiny is amazing. She makes sure her staff is always doing what they are supposed to and keeps the store in amazing conditions. When they saw my car pull up they would already have my order done because they knew I always got the same thing. I would recommend this store to anyone. Someone needs to give Destiny a raise!!!!! She is fantastic!

This was first time visiting. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had a chicken club wrap which was very good. Was surprised and delighted by the healthy sides (apple for me). Wish they would open a location in Eufaula. It would be my favorite go to.

First impressions are important. Super clean, spacious, and sleek. Ample space, and the staff is always on top of everything, and if they happen to make a mistake they resolve it quickly. Great options for smoothies and simple light foods. Salad was delicious, fresh and plentiful.

You cant go wrong with a good cold smoothie as HOT as it is; and don't forget to add a Wrap or Flatbread!! I've never had bad service at Tropical smoothie...and the food is always hot and fresh! Keep up the good work T.S. 👏!

Very impressed! I go to lots of tropical smoothie locations in the country since I travel a lot, and this one wasn't one of my favorites so it has been a good while since I visited. However I went today for lunch and it has improved by 100%! The staff is great, friendly and fast! The food is actually as I expect it (not slopped up together as before) and tastes GREAT! I am totally going to start going to this location more often now! Great job to the manager!

The food and smoothies are great but maybe it's just me but they never answer the phones. I was actually inside the building calling them and the phone didn't ring. I mentioned it to the cashier because they wasn't busy at all and she said "oh I don't know what happened" so I continue to question them about it so she said we will give you 10% off. I didn't want 10% because I'm a business owner myself and I felt like they did it on purpose because they didn't want to work. They don't understand it takes money to pay them and run a business.

Love me some Trop! We tend to visit one in every city we travel to and the food quality is always consistently good.

I love this spot, I have been to many TSC, I have to admit usually I dont like the way they taste and the service is horrible. A few weeks ago, i went to this location and met Nyia a tall girl, who was the most professional young lady I ever met. Judging from her accent she is from somewhere else, but she has got the southern comfort feeling down. Just wanted to say something about how wonderful she was. I hope I got the right name.

That girl Faith is so good at her job! You can tell she truly loves her job. She's also the best smoothie and food maker. Definitely recommend asking for her to make your stuff if she's working!! She's so sweet when she's up at the register and she's really funny too.

Overall had a great experience! Was beyond mad they got rid of the FuNkY nUt BlAsT 🤪😩 but worker Micaela made a great new recommendation, the mango berry cosmo. Smoothie was good and service was nice. She was new but made me feel like a priority. Go Micaela!

Great tasting smoothies made fresh, so don't mind the wait!

Always friendly staff and NEVER get my order wrong. Only downside is the drive thru is kinda small, so if someone is at front window, you have to wait on them to leave. Other than that, love!!
