Jose the manager is hands down the best representative! Very patient and knowledgeable on all the great deals, my husband and I upgraded both our phones and our bill is cheaper than before!

Jose and Kim were very wonderful and very knowledgeable. Originally came in to do a warranty exchange and ended up upgrading both phones on my account, they took their time and even helped transfer everything to my new phone, got 2 new phones and my bill is cheaper now!

Anytime I need help with anything whether it's an upgrade or just help with my device this is my go to store! Manager Jose R is very helpful and knowledge. I don't know anything about technology so it's nice that he takes his time and explains everything for me and makes sure my problem is resolved in the store before I step out!

Fun Friendly environment and really good music always playing. I love that I was acknowledge as soon as I walk in and was helped within 10 min. Joseline and Beatrice are really helpful and they help me transfer all my data to my new Samsung s10+. Highly recommended store and phone.

Seeing other reviews I just say those are a lie. Robert is honest and knows what he's talking about when it comes to deals and promotions. Those Lancaster store are always giving me false information. Thank you Robert and staff

Best T-Mobile in the AV. I have been going to this T-Mobile for about 8 years now. They’re profesional, nice and very patient. I went in to trade in my phone and see what options I had. I was helped by Noe and he was amazing. I ended up being there for a few hours and never did I feel rushed or have any questions not answered. Their whole team was great. This store is THE go-to T-mobile store! Jose R is so kind and knowledgeable I know I am getting my questions answered or problems taken care of. I love the straight to the point no BS attitude with quotes of my full out of pocket cost before I even commit to a purchase. He makes the visit to the store a breeze every time.

I strongly believe that this T-Mobile store. Is the only store I find where are the sales people truly represent honesty and a good product. I often go to Robert who I believe may be either the assistant manager or manager. He is truly awesome he takes his time to make sure you understand all that you're receiving it gives you clear information on the deals that they may have and he truly is honest with the approach that he takes. really friendly staff at this store ! i had sprint and tried to switch to t-mobile after not being helped at the store on 47th. I was helped by Jose who was very knowledgeable and professional made the process super easy!

They fixed my phone right away, two really sweet ladies who work in the morning (Thursday). I told them I was ready to buy a brand new galaxy 22 and they still took a look at my phone for me. I plan to go to this store whenever I need to buy a new phone because their customer service is excellent.

Also, another lady just a month earlier helped me port my mom's accounts from her old broken phone to a new phone I got her. She spent over an hour and a half working with my mom to recover all her stuff.

I'm glad I came to this store, Isauea is a patient person and we loved her service.

Very knowledgeable on every phone with great patience. Also a rep name Jennifer was able to help and assist with questions and concerns I had. Really made me feel welcome and my experience awesome.
