I am a ling-time patient of Southwestern Eye Center, but had hsd not had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Trinh before!

I had the best experience at Southwestern Eye Center! From the moment I walked through the door, I was pleasantly greeted and had amazing customer service throughout my whole experience! I was able to find the exact style of glasses I had in mind for a fraction of the price! In the past, I’ve spent WAY too much money on glasses that I’ve purchased at other offices but not this time! I was able to get exactly what I wanted and didn’t have to break the bank! PLUS, they had so many different styles and options for eyeglasses and sunglasses!!! It was hard to pick just one. I will be back! I am so happy with my new, stylish glasses! I’ll be referring everyone I know to this place!

The entire staff at Southwestern Eye Center is always very courteous and helpful. Dr. Trinh is pleasant, professional and takes the time to explain the results of the eye exams in detail. She makes you feel like she really cares about helping you to maintain good vision. I would definitely recommend Dr. Trinh and her staff.

I had concerns about my blurred vision and eye pressure. SEC gave exam and found early glaucoma. Not sure about the eye pressure headaches.

I would recommend southwestern eye center to anyone! Dr. Trinh & everyone there answered ALL of my questions. I had anxiety about going & was pretty stressed about it, it was a medical exam not just for glasses Rx...but they helped me feel comfortable by explaining everything during my appointment. I look forward to going back when I need a new prescription for glasses!

Dr Trinh, Ashlynn and everyone at the Gilbert Rd location are so nice and very thorough. They keep the atmosphere light and welcoming. Everything is reviewed and checked, and if there's any question they make sure any additional steps are taken to ensure the best of care. Everything is clean and you can feel confident your appointment will go well. They take care of you like family at Southwestern Eye Center.

SIERRA helped me today with the adjustment of 4 pairs of glasses and she was so kind to me explaining that my bows are old and dry and that she wouldn't do to much for fear of breaking them, this made me very happy because some people go ahead and break my glasses and then don't fix them. So appreciated her knowledge and concern for my glasses. This is a good employee you've got here. Please treat her well because she sure helped me.

You check in with a machine. Eye technician was warm and friendly. Dr was efficient. I had my eyes checked for cataracts and glaucoma, as well as a perscription for glasses. I requested a copy of my perscription. From entering the facility to exiting was 1 1/2 hours.

Dr. Kate Trinh is fantastic.

She found the problem with my eyes quickly, explained every aspect of the problem, including showing me the internal images of eyes.

Dr. Trinh is very professional, has a great personality, and there wasn't even a hint of condescension at any point.

they were very nice and helped me in any way I needed. they kept me informed on everything they were doing and explained the results so I could understand the results. I would recommend them to anyone for their eye care.

The staff was friendly and nice. The check in process was fast, I didn’t have to wait long I was called at my appointment time. They were overall great 😊

Everyone in the office was terrific ,from the ladies at reception, to the technician who did many of the preliminary testing and right to the doctor. Everyone was caring and answered my questions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This used to be mcdougal eye center and if you look it up by that name the same place comes up. Same people, same great service just new name. The charges are different and they don’t have the same prices and stuff as before but I can’t say enough about everyone there. Especially max. He goes above and beyond to find you what you want and need. Super professional and great guy. But they all are. Lots of people love them so book appointment as soon as you can because they are always busy and booked up!

Explained everything as it was being done. Extremely friendly, eased all my anxieties. Even though my problem had a very easy fix, they didn’t make me feel stupid for not being able to handle it myself. Thank you!!

This location is run very efficiently. I found the staff helpful and professional. Dr. Trinh was through with my exam. She has a wonderful bedside manner.

Have always had a preference to SWEC worked at Safford office many years ago. Dr Bluth was awesome have a great respect for him and company.

I have been going here for years and I always leave happy. Not to mention anytime I have an issue with my glasses, they take care of me immediately. Great staff!
