Dr. Ackerman was the best. He was very thorough with my eye exam. Because of him I finally have answers to my extreme eye watering. Will most certainly be seeing him again!

I had a fun time picking out glasses. KC found me the perfect pair, even went so far as checking stock what wasn't out front yet. Yup, I'll take these!🤓

My prescription was off, the doctor adjusted my script at no charge. My contacts will be mailed to me😁 I'm satisfied with how prompt the staff was about getting me in, and also the service I receive.

Everyone was so friendly. It has been a long time since ive been to a eye care provider that cared about both my eye health and customer care. They took the time to explain my insurance. As I waited I noticed all the employees interact with other patients/customers, they truly wanted to help them. You do not see this very often, they must be recognized as a great friendly team.

Everyone was super friendly and explained every step of the process/exam! I understood what was being checked and the health of my eyes all along the way. I was made aware of what to expect or watch out for in the future. My health and how it affects my vision was also discussed. Great job ladies for keeping it simple to understand!

New staff & new doctor at this Pearl Vision location are much better and much nicer & more helpful than the group of staff that were there when I last visited. I also appreciate buying my glasses when there are no high pressure sales tactics. This was a good experience on this visit. Thanks!

Tiffany was the best! First she complimented me on my shoes, for no reason other than she liked them. Later she noticed I was circling and circling the store, obvious to her I was having a difficult time finding frames, this was before I had my eye exam. She is extremely friendly, outgoing, helpful and just a beautiful person. I hate getting new glasses, she made the whole experience fun! That is amazing!!

It was very professional, I wasn't rushed , The eye doctor was very nice , he seemed very knowledgeable, the receptionist was very helpful in explaining things to me , my experience overall was great I was in and out in about an hour . I came on a Thursday at 9am .

The staff is always very nice and helpful. My visit I was using my HSA and the cost was more so the gentleman gave me $25 off so I could still order the year supply of contacts. That was very sweet and nice. I will definitely refer everyone here.
