Lost a component to my saxophone. The staff here quickly helped identify an equivalent replacement and get it ordered. It came in within just a few days and they helped make sure it was compatible to get us on our way. Great customer service and selection. We will be back for sure.

In a twist of fate, I wandered into this music store while visiting from AZ, just browsing but also considering buying my first electronic keyboard. I was so surprised to see one with all of the features 88 keys, touch similar to my spinet, foot pedals, stand for only $299, including shipping! Ironically this independent smaller store has a location within 5 minutes of my home in AZ! The two employees were so wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and assured me if I needed any support I could call on the local place. Can’t wait to play, record and take my compositions to next level. Great experience

The manager here, Mary, was so patient, thorough, and welcoming when I was purchasing a new instrument and seeking music lessons. She made me feel very welcomed, try out as many instruments as I wanted, and never pressured me. I would recommend this location for anyone seeking music lessons, buying an instrument, and receiving superior customer service. Great location, parking situation, and staff as well.

Super happy with our experience. Great customer focused staff. The store manager (Mary) went above and beyond to help us get a digital piano. The customer service is excellent! When making a purchase with a gift card, the card at first didn’t work. Tony offered to call Music & Arts customer service to find the issue, and he spent the next 15 mins trying to figure out the problem for me, and even returned my purchase so I could retry purchasing the items with the gift card. Tony was courteous and helpful the whole time. I will definitely use this store in the future!

The staff are so diverse here and able to handle everything. There is so many instruments, rental policies, and sales methods they are aware of. Every time I have come in knowing of a certain product or service I would need, they would respond right away! The piano lessons are are also amazing!

Staff was very helpful, which can't be taken for granted these days. Store is well laid out and organized. I had fun trying out a couple guitars and never felt pressured.

The staff was very friendly. I just wanted to check out a bass guitar. They plugged me in and let me hang around, even welcomed me back. If I was looking for another bass guitar, I would come to them.

Aaron is a great drum instructor who teaches you the foundations of drumming and not just how to play a song.

Needed a chello string replaced and the lady there was knowledgeable! She not only replaced it, but tuned it! Awesome!
