Dunkin'

A couple years ago I would be saying bad things about this Dunkin Donuts. I guess there's a new owner and a bunch of new staff. Chi-Chi, Jessica and 2 other ladies that work there are great. I love seeing there smiles and pleasant attitudes every time I go there.

dear dunkin donuts my name is jonnie ojedis I'm a loyal dunkin member last night I noticed that this location was having an event and giving away free coffee coupons for a year my son and I were planning to attend the event but then he got very sick and we couldn't come he has special needs he is autistic. So I was wondering if dunkin could do anything for my son since we missed the event. Those free coffees could have been a huge help since he loves dunkin coffee. It's the location at 215 Hamilton street in Allentown pa could maybe the store see if they have any packets left

This one WAS Great & always very quick even in the Drive-Thru in the morning rush. Friendly staff. Sad tht it Closed down. I thought it was a good location in the plaza especially w/all the traffic ppl tend to beg outside the stores I guess it's safe to assume besides the a.m. work rush there wasn't enough $$$ to keep them in business 😞

I didn't get her name, but whoever was working the window drive thru on 10/19 @ 7:30am was AMAZING. The staff is always friendly and happy here but she was spectacular. Great way to start my day

There's not much to say about this place only that it is amazing! The name speaks for itself and everyone knows America runs on Dunkin'

I work right up the street so I frequent this dunkin a lot, i will say by far it has the most friendliest staff around. the girls there always have a smile on their faces and always are polite and pleasant. i was in the service business for 10 years so this is something i look for but most businesses fail at it. Thank you for always greeting me with a smile!

I been to this Dunkin Donuts a few times. At least 2 times a week. After my 3rd time The girl at the register already knew my order and had my coffee ready. I believe her name is Chi Chi that's what one of her co-worker told me. She is amazing. This location been doing so good so far compare to other ones I been to. My Go To is the White Cheddar Bagel Twist with Cream Chz.

I love their food ! It is fabulous! Who knew a donut shop had such great food ?

My favorite place to get coffee. They remember me and how I like my order, they are nice and always happy to assist! My favorite Dunkin' Donuts in Allentown!

The staff pays attention to you and your likes. That's a big thing to me to go in after 2 times and employment already knows what I want and has it ready

I go get my coffee here everyday for 2 years and they get it right everytime. The crew they have now is amazing.

Love my dunkin strawberry dragon fruit refresher

Entered in afternoon needing 4 dozen donuts, staff was courtious and friendly, almost wiped out remaining balance of the days inventory. Thanks Dunkin'

They get your order quick & don't have to wait long!

They are usually busy but if you order on the go they can have your order ready ahead of time.

There is an employee in The one at American Plaza who is very rude to costumers. She is Syrian or Indian.

I got a frozen pumpkin spice coffee. It was so good !

Service is great but the drive thru is crazy...
