This store is so amazing I went in to look for a pair of jeans and was immediately greeted by two girls who asked me if I needed any help finding anything. They helped me pick out two pairs of jeans and were overall super helpful and so nice. I was very pleased with this store and their customer service, not to mention the store was very organized and easy to find things. I will definitely be going back the next time I am at first colony.

I love this store !!! It was my first time. My sister introduced me and there was so much I wanted. The prices are high but that’s due to the quality and brand.
I love all the billabong shirts ! I ended up buying some :) Naomi and Astrid we’re so friendly and helpful!

Great customer service, the manager on duty was great, and the workers as well. Will come back to shop again.

At my last visit Taylor was a really helpful.When I asked for help she had no problems at all. Helped me pick out a great selection of clothing. I really appreciate her for the great work.

Rachel at the First Colony Mall Tilly's was a Great Help and Great person to talk to. For sure ask for her and she'll help you out.

Place was great and employees were wonderful and kind and helpful, however my only complaint is that the websites stock is inaccurate. Before going in, I made sure my size of shoe was in stock of the specific type I was looking for, however when in store, they didn’t have my size (despite the website saying this location did have it). That’s the only issue I had, otherwise everything was fine.

Store is located in the mall. Not near the Juicy Crab. Pin location is incorrect.
