I've always had a great experience with the Meyers. Whenever I had a project, they helped me make sure I had all the parts I needed and answered my questions.

I went the other day to get materials for a handrail repair, and the door was locked, and the phone just rang. Warren, one of the sons, saw me and came over. Unfortunately, they've had to close due to the health of his parents, who ran the company.

He still helped me get the parts and get my job done, but FYI. Sad to lose another great small family business, but I understand. Family comes first.

Even though it took them awhile to get back to me on coming out and giving me an estimate, it was well worth the wait! They installed a driveway gate at a very reasonable price, and did an excellent job! Once the ball was rolling, they got out as soon as they could to set the posts, and came back when they said they would to install the gates. I told them I didn't care what material they used, just that it needed to keep my small dog in. They did exactly what I asked and the gate is exactly what I wanted. They were efficient but did a very thorough job. I highly recommend them. They are backed up, and sometimes they are waiting on concrete people to finish a job (concrete people are even more backed up) but they do great work! :)

Such good helpful people, they go above and beyond so you get everything you need.

After setting an appointment for an estimate, we were willing to wait the six weeks for a representative to come and measure our back yard. We were told we would receive the estimate in a week or so. Then Covid 19 hit! We gave Meyer fence the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait. Eventually, we called and left a voice mail. No response. Called again and left a voice mail. No response. Called a third time and spoke to someone who said the would check into the issue and get back to us. That didn't happen. Called again and spoke to a different person who said they would check into it and get back to us. It didn't happen. I just wish they would have told us up front that they didn't want this job. It would have saved a lot of time and irritation.

Their business hours are 8:30 AM but don’t count on it because I called them at 8:45 giving them the benefit of the doubt to settle in and all I did was get an answer machine with mailbox that was full. I have no idea of their hours of operation even though it tells me 8:30 AM

Asked them to come out and give me an estimate to fix a chain link gate. Said it wld take them abt 3 weeks to come look at it (even though I'm literally 3-5 mins from their shop). Came out on the 6th to look at it, I called to follow up about a week later on the status, was told it was w the salesperson. Now been 2 weeks since they came out and still no estimate. Will be looking elsewhere to have it fixed.
