Diversicare of Foley

I highly recommend their services. They were well staffed and very kind at all times. My husband’s doctor came to see him. The Doctor that was in charge of the entire facility came to see him. The three meals were served on time and always something different. The room and bed were kept clean. The rehabilitation staff was very good and informative. The nurses from the various departments were kind and extremely helpful.

After my wife has been at Diversicare for 2 months of rehabilitation, I must add on to my first review. I have averaged spending 5 hours a everyday as a visitor.
First I would like to thank Jeanne Smith for all she and her team have done working to keep my wife in the rehabilitation program inspite of my wife's setbacks at times. She was so very helpful in keeping my wife in the program and providing me with the support I needed.
The Physical Therapy team is fantastic. They work really hard to see that the patient
succeeds in their rehabilitation. Their enthusiasm working with each patient is topnotch.
The nursing team works very hard taking care of "ALL" of the patient's needs. Always with a positive attitude, regardless of the many challenges they face daily with the various moods of their patients.
One of the best things about Diversicare is CNA Deborah. She goes 100%+++,taking care of the needs of the patients she attends to!! My wife Barbara has only been at Diversicare for treatment for 10 days, and we are both happy when we see Deborah walk through the door of her room. Deborah always greets us with a smile, which is so important for patients to know that someone cares about taking care of them. After reading several reviews about other patients praising Deborah, We are truly thankful that those reviews were spot on!

This facility has been amazing with my loved one and my family. The one aide I know by name, Deborah is amazing and went above her duties. I’m not sure of some of the other names but I know their faces. My loved one hasn’t had to stay long term. Amanda, the social worker has been amazing. Ashley with admissions is amazing as well. Ms. Cora has been great. I want the entire staff to know how thankful I am for them! Truly doing Gods work. They’ve been so nice and helpful and patient. Everyone I’ve passed in the halls are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great place when you absolutely need it! I just can’t say enough good things about this facility and staff!❤ Thank you all so very much!

I was at Diversicare for over 3 months in their rehab Department. I loved all of my nurses. My physical therapist and my occupational therapist were amazing. My unit manager Miss Debbie was great. The activities ladies were amazing. The only thing I could ding Diversicare on is Maybe the food needs some work. I was told a long time ago and you get what you put into something I went in with an attitude that this was going to be a great experience and that's exactly what I got out of it! Thank you guys so much for helping me and my time of need. I love you to everyone of you I made lots and lots of friends in the staff and residents!!🥰🥰 my nurses Sharon Karen Rachel and Tamara were amazing women and my CNA Debora is the best ever she was always there for me!!

I was in this facility recently and rec’d great care. The nurses especially were very good and made sure I was taken care of very well. If I ever have to return, I would choose diversacare again.

Every time I visit this center I see improvements. Best memory care center in the region! New Administrator and Director of Nursing making a HUGE impact for their residents.

I couldn't have asked for better care for my mother. The staff from CNA's, nurses, office staff, and housekeeping were kind and looked happy to work. I am happy to recommend Diversicare to anyone. Old reviews do not accurately reflect what I have personally seen.

I have worked here for quite a few years. We have new management in nursing that has changed the entire demeanor of the staff and patient care. I am excited for these changes to continue going forward.

I have been in this building for 3 weeks now and I love it. Everyone is caring and nice. Anyone will help you, even if it's not their department they will help you find the correct people.

Diversicare has come a long way since they were Golden Living. The nurses really care for their patients and the social workers seem to be willing to go out of their way to help.

Diversicare of Foley has transformed into the finest skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in the state. They are committed to investing in highly educated and experienced employees to work with the residents. I am proud to be part of the fast growing community with truly compassionate staff.

This facility has come a long way in spite of the challenges faced in recent years, and some issues people had with them in the past. As of the end of 2019, they have been awarded a title of "deficiency free" in the facility and considered a quality service center. The staff here is amazing and cares extensively for the residents. In the here and now, Diversicare in Foley is amongst the best of places in Baldwin County for loved ones. Highly recommended.

I have lived here for 18 years now and it is a great place and experience for as long as I can remember.

The staff is caring and professional

I had a chance to go see my mother. Everyone was so kind and I could tell my mother was taken good care of and the staff that I met really cared for the patients!
