Visited the drive-thru and my wait time was very minimal. Staff was friendly, food was received fast and hot. Completely satisfied with my visit to the S. McKenzie St. McDonalds & I'm sure I would recommend to a friend.

Was really upset last night when we ordered in the app and got to the store for pickup and the ice cream machine was down. Didn't offer us our money back or anything. Contacted Corp and they told us to go get our money back. Went to the store and Lane at the register took care of making our ice cream instead of a refund and then made sure the food we just ordered was correct. Lane really took care of the situation and made everything ok. We really appreciate you Lane. More people should be as good at their job as you are. 5 Stars for Lane

Cooked fresh when I ordered it, no heat lamps . I've always gotten hot, fresh food when ordering for pickup from the app.

Not my first choice of food but they were great. Thank you for accommodating our large group after 9pm.

We haven't been in year. The food was good, and the service was great. Wait was minimal.

It's McDonald's but I can say they got the cheeseburger in the happy meal we got correct. Plain. Thank you. At other locations it has been a problem believe it or not.

Stopped in for dinner with my kiddo. I watched Lane handle dozens of customers both inside and out, find work arounds for customers because of broken equipment, and also got everyone's food out promptly, every bit he did with a smile and very professional. We all need more people like Lane in public places for food and retail. Ask for him when you stop by. 😀

The service was fast the staff were nice letting us buy 7 squishmellows was easy

It was late when we went through the drive threw. Our order was incorrect but we didn’t care. The workers were the best, we had a little laugh about the ice cream machine being down. We took it home and ate on the trampoline under the stars. I leave honest reviews about my experience only.

I expected typical McDonald's, and it was normal fast food, but it was very fresh and hot. The service was fast too! Only issue I had was that the sweet tea tasted just a little old, like maybe it was from the night before. Had that weird twang to it. But overall, it was good!

Food was hot! Short staffed but did great job! Helpful and friendly atmosphere conveyed through drive through!

We actually went inside to enjoy our Food in air conditioning at the McDonald's in Foley, Alabama. The Food was Hot and Tasty. The only thing is I don't like mustard, can't have pickles(Sodium), and I'm allergic to Onions so I ordered my Qtr lb. w/chz , as mayo and ketchup only so I got asked did I want Cheese? Yes, Did I want the HAMBURGER meat "Yes". So WHY is there A Big sloppy Dollop f Mayo and Ketchup on one side of the bun and whenever I pick up the sandwich the ketchup and mayo oozes from the bun .enough of the mixture to use as A dip for my FF.

Good breakfast outside quick and easy nice ladies in service the guy to take order very nice person and respectful thanks we have 20 years in the are and always good service in clean and growing with the town. Bless Day All Employees

Food was hot and ready. The milkshake machine is still broken. The reason why I’m leaving a five star review is because of the employees on Sunday night. The lady in front of us at the drive-through was upset and refused to pull up for her order to be fixed (RN LIFE). This went on for 8-10 minutes. The manager finally came to the window to explain that she was holding the rest of us up. This was impressive and the manager should be commended.

Huge shout out to the guy working the drive thru tonight Saturday July 8th 9:55 pm!! Huge line and je handled it like a boss calm and collected!! Great job!!!

The morning crew they have now are amazing and friendly. Hopefully, they all get treated well. Good workers are hard to find .

I think it's under new management, the food is getting better plus the service

The guy who wears the durag has lovely customer service. And every time I see him I know it's gonna be great customer service
