Our initial idea was go with the big stores to get what we wanted at the best price for fans and lights but took a chance and stopped by. Glad we did. Zelle provided excellent advice and Dawid couldn’t have done a better job installing. Prices were the same as the big guys and we like working with local businesses. Will work with again.

This professional, wonderful company took great care of my chandelier, and reinstalled it after our move. Organized, careful, thoughtful, punctual---just perfect in every way. Most grateful!!

My wife and I recently enclosed our screened in porch and made it a sunroom. The ceiling fan we had out there was old and rusted, although it worked. Andy worked with our measurements and wishes to pick out a new 60 inch ceiling fan with light and remote. He then arranged for the best installer in town to put up the ceiling fan. Everything is now perfect!

I just had an amazing experience trying to solve a question regarding speciality light bulbs. After searching stores and looking online I realized I needed more expertise. After calling Lighting and Bulbs Unlimited and speaking with Zelle I was able to find the size and type of bulbs needed. She was careful to fully understand what I was replacing and the size needed. She offered options and explained differences associated with different bulbs. There's no way I could have arrived at this solution on my own . I know now where I'm going to shop for any type of lighting questions in the future. It's a pleasure to have such wonderful service!

This chandelier was a dream come true but I was very hesitant on it being installed as it was all glass. The team was not only professional, but also attentive to the smallest detail of cleaning each glass blown piece and installing with care. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your needs.

Honestly, might just be the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Zelle went beyond “above and beyond”. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the best support. She spoke to me for probably an hour trying to help me figure out what were the best bulbs for my new lighting fixture that I need to get into my house before Christmas. She followed up afterwards… outstanding, outstanding, outstanding. Thank you! Really can’t say enough good things about Zelle and this company.😌

When we moved to Charlotte NC a year ago we built a new home and had many lights and fans installed by Bulbs Unlimited in nearby Monroe. Their installation was first class and they sent a team of 4 guys to do it, a lot of work. There were a few issues with manufacturer issues and they resolved them all despite a lot of time for parts due to supply chain issues . Recently we had a power outage due to severe storms. Our three Modern Forms fans on our screened porch just stopped working right. Remotes had minds of their own. A press and two would tune on. Another press and the off One would turn on and the other two would turn off. Did all factory setup actions including factory resets for all fans. Watched all the YouTube videos, no luck. Called Bulbs Unlimited and Zelle went above and beyond . After explaining my issues she told me that’s what she would have recommended but would reach out to Modern Forms. She called back in about an hour and conferences in a Tech from Modern Forms (Matt) who understood what was happening. After an endless sequence of unintuitive button presses viola all working perfectly. He then promised to call me back the following day to ensure everything was working correctly. And he did! Great team effort by a distributor and local small business.

Had a great experience and everyone was super helpful. We had some unique fan requirements and they helped do the research and made sure we got what we needed. Will be coming back!

We bought a Fanimation fan from Lighting & Bulbs Unlimited this summer. Andy Cowan was very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting and purchasing a fan. The team that came to our house to install the fan did a great job. They were courteous, careful, professional and showed us how to use the fan's remote. We highly recommend going to this place for lighting and fan needs.

I had a great experience working with Zelle. I was very specific in what I wanted, and she took the time to show me all options available. She was very knowledgeable of the products, and helped me every step of the way from the purchase, to the install. I will be back!

I entered the store thoroughly frustrated with lighting issues in a new construction my builder was unable to resolve. The Lighting & Bulbs team, specifically Zelle, patiently listened to me and developed a plan to address my frustrations. She provided information that allowed me to utilize the full functionality of my smart fans and walked me through steps to pair my remotes to my fans. While there is still one issue we are troubleshooting, I have full faith that Zelle will find a solution. Wonderful customer service and thorough knowledge of the products they sell. Highly recommend.

I’m so pleased with my new fixtures. Andy did a wonderful job helping me select them and the installation team was amazing. They were very knowledgeable about my aluminum wiring and how to work with it. Andy stayed in touch during the installation which is so different from most sales/install teams. I highly recommend Lighting &Bulbs and I’m so glad I shopped locally.

Highly recommend! Atty and staff exemplify professionalism and courtesy. You pay a little more for that but when it comes to home lighting it needs to be right. We were so impressed and we love what the lights do for the counters in our kitchen. Thank you Atty!!
