Drove from san diego to purchase my car. Making the drive saved me 5k for a similar car here. Bobby accepted my offer before i arrived. My kids and i were exhausted after the 4 hr drive. i really wanted to be in n out to beat the traffic and the whole process from start to finish was the fastest car buying experience ever, maybe 20 min. Bobby was honest and laid back. I would definitely recommend this place. Octovio also helped me over the phone and was really nice and helpful as well;)

Mark helped me out with our Lexus and I have to say that he was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. He was so diligent and professional with the service he provided. I have purchased about 30 cars in my lifetime and I have dealt with many people in dealerships but I have never ever experienced working with someone who I felt like I was truly being taken care of and I am being cared for like family. Felix and Bobby were so great! I am a first time buyer and have always been terrified by the prospect of buying a car from a dealership. Both Bobby and Felix were easy going and didn't take advantage of my lack of experience. Even afterwards, when a cosmetic car part came after I bought the car, they sent it to me in the mail, and when we figured out that my tags went to the wrong address, they were so helpful and supportive. These are men of integrity and I highly recommend buying a car from them.

Great dealership Bobby and Felix are good honest salesman who keep there word. Upfront dont hassle you answer all your questions and try there best to work with you budget. I would recommend this place if your looking for a great car for a fair price.

Really great working out the price, the trade, and delivery. I had concern about the fogged front lights. They delivered me a car that looked like new with beautiful polished lights. My wife couldn't be happier.

I bought a car from them online through CapitalOne Auto navigator. I took a hour and a half trip to pick up the car and honestly not only did I get a great deal on the car but the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Bobby made it more than worth it. 10/10 would recommend.

We are beyond happy with this place. Great customer service and amazing deals. The biggest thing that stuck out to me about this place was that they were HONEST. That's huge when you are purchasing a car. We were in and out in about an hour and even though I bought a car that was "as is" they told me that if there are any issues with the car they want to know...even if its a month or two from the time of purchase. You guys go above and beyond and the next time I need a new car, you'll be getting my business for sure!

After selling our car, Chase Bank could not process the check ... and simply could not resolve the issues (there are not enough negative stars in the world for Chase Bank). But Felix at Mountain Motors cut a new check and personally deposited it for us as we were overseas at the time - several months later. This got us out of a very tight situation and involved a salesman doing more than he was required to do. Thanks Felix!
