Tim Hortons

This franchise I could easily get used to. Wish we had one here. A Canadian company started in 1964, they haven't delved into CT yet and may not. Closest restaurant to me is White Plains, N.Y. Lucky them and for anyone else close to one. I was unfamiliar with the brand, but as soon as we got to upstate NY, my partner kept pointing them out and saying, "Let's try it!"

Taking him up on this one late morning before a destination drive, we noted the drive thru lane was moving fast but long so we decided to go inside and eat. Glad we did. The interior is more upscale and modern than most chains. The only other patrons there were a senior couple seated in front of a built-in gas fireplace with their newspaper and meals. Lots of seating of different types, clean and contemporary with no caricatures or design bent towards children.

Because Tim Hortons was created by a Canadian ice hockey player, Tim Horton, and a partner who was in the doughnut business, the franchise still sells doughnuts as part of their product line. Rather than selling hamburgers and chicken, Hortons prefers breakfast and lunch sandwiches with a healthier makeup.
They also sell a lot of coffee under their own name, and it's high quality. We bought an original bag to bring home.

Choosing what to order as many menu items were attractive, I liked they listed nutritional facts on the board which fortunately, is becoming more common these days. My fresh egg sandwich with bacon and cheese on an English muffin was just what I wanted. The steak and cheddar panini my partner ordered was pressed with grill marks, hot and tasty. He also chose a iced cruller as an add-on side which he enjoyed. We bought a turkey bacon club on a fresh roll to go for someone we were picking up after we left. It was loaded with turkey. The recipient said it was really good.

Although owned for eleven years by Wendy's starting in the mid-nineties and now the Brazilian company which owns Burger King, Tim Hortons remains a national treasure in Canada with over 3,500 franchises in the country. Whether there or here in the U.S., I recommend this fast food eatery as a place to sit and grab a quick bite or take-out for the road.

Donuts are $.37 cheaper than Dunkin Donuts across the street…..easy access in and out of parking lot…friendly customer service

General fare for Tim Hortons. Larger vehicles like pickups need to be cautious in drive thru as the turn is very tight. Former 24hr location, no longer open 24hrs.

Great stuff at this location, always hits on the 10/10! We like to eat here for a special breakfast and their variety of refreshers are fantastic if you don't want to taste redbull in a drink. Yummy breakfast wraps too!

Love a good Tim Hortons. Pleasant place with good coffee, donuts, and more. $2 any-size lattes after 2pm are especially a favorite!

Eric at this location is so friendly and informative. Our iced cappuccinos tasted so good! We also got a frozen lemonade the other day and it was fantastic.

Nice location. Service very friendly and efficient. Really like their latte. Got a wrap
egg and cheese. It was very good.

I wish my town had a Tim's. This one in particular, they could not make us sandwiches or wraps due to equipment failure but they did not leave us disappointed.they made sure we all got something we wanted and bakery items were fresh and coffee was exceptional. Who ever was working this restaurant at around 12 today (9/29) two girls in particular I wish I got their names but dark curly haired girl and an i want to say the manager on duty they were both awesome 5 thumbs up. Thank you so much !!!!

This is a great place. Fast and curtious service. Nice atmosphere. This is a favorite meeting spot of mine, and I have never felt that I wasn't wanted there.

The employees are always so kind and welcoming. I had been craving a chocolate croissant all day and when I got there they were all gone! The lovely cashier told me it was a limited time item but would check the back to see if any were left and came back with 2 of them! I felt so special and cared for and they were soooo good. My mom called the store a few days later asking about croissants for my birthday and they baked 6 of them just for me. I feel that they honestly care about their customers and I hope they know how appreciative I am!

Sam. I put his name in the beginning of my review just to make sure I remembered it. I came through before work today and I normally go to a different store and I'm a regular there so I don't need to order my coffee they just know it's me and they make it the way I want. So today I came through this store and I ordered it incorrectly I might add and I didn't like it so I came back after work and I told them what happened that I didn't like it that something must have happened with communication why is it got made wrong Sam specifically asked me what I didn't like about it and made suggestions on how he could make it to where I would like it. And then he made it honestly better than how they make it at my store. So I just needed to give Sam a shout-out because I didn't get my receipt from earlier so I couldn't leave you guys a survey about this man. He deserves a raise honestly I hope he gets one I hope he at least sees this and knows how amazing he is at his customer service. Thank you for making my evening.

Drive thru taker had a smile and was very friendly and polite. I'm a huge fan of TH coffee.

As an out-of-state person, I love Tim Horton's and try to stop for coffee and donuts whenever I have the opportunity.

I have stopped in here a few times during my travels through Rochester on the New York State Thruway. It is a convenient location as it is a quick on and off from the Thruway without having to pay the higher prices at the Thruway rest stops. The dining area is always clean and there is a nice set of seats near the television if you want to get more comfortable.

Delicious and affordable! Everything from 25¢ donut holes to delicious breakfast meals. And their breakfast sandwiches are 2 for $4 but WAY better that fast food. Definitely the most convenient place to have next door to your hotel.

Just went through this drive through this morning for some iced Capps and the woman who gave us our drinks was super friendly as well as the guy taking our payment! It was nice to come in contact with such friendly people during these rough times. Thank you Tim Hortons!

Friendly staff and yummy food. Great first experience.

This locations drive through can get busy but not horrible. There is usually no line inside durring rush hour. The staff is pretty helpful and there are usually more than enough staff to keep wait times low. I prefer this location over the others on my way into work because of the staff.

Had a quick lunch with my son. Clean, fast service, friendly workers, and great food.
