Alyssa is the best person to work with your problems. My 85 year old mother in law is hard of hearing and Alyss was respectful through a very difficult transfer order. Always smiling and looks you in your eyes when she speaks to you. I believe she did extra work to get our difficult orders completed. She returned my texts as quickly as possible. Never gave me the impression I was a bother. I hope she will be the manager there and stay in this store. I like seeing the same person in a store to build a good rapport with them. Her co-workers came to her for advice several times while I was there. I want to stay at this store and I will if she stays at this store. I didn't want to go to this store because of previous visits but I am glad I did. She is a pleasure to work with. The store manager is friendly but not like Alyssa. She doesn't make you feel like I am a bother. She returns texts promptly and always courteous, friendly and a smile on her face. She is a pleasure to work with. I would give her 10 stars. Thank you

Came in to trade in an iPhone as part of a promotion and received excellent customer service from Caesar Garcia. He was informed and informative, and went out of his way to make sure the process of wiping the phone and getting the full credit amount was as smooth as possible. My son & I came in today to replace my 6 yr old phone, Jessie right away acknowledged us and quickly assisted us. I selected my new phone, from there on Jessie helped with getting my new phone set up. Jessie was so friendly, and answered any questions we had from the minute we arrived to the completion of the purchase. If there could be a million Jessie's the world would be a better place.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the store manager, Joseph Garcia. He assisted me in the purchase of a new iPhone 14 after losing mine over the weekend. He was very patient, extremely helpful, and answered all my questions(even when I asked twice). I also purchased an Apple Watch and he made the set up on both devices quick. He put the cover and screen protector on my phone because I have shaky hands! I will definitely be going back to take my mom this week since she has been wanting an upgrade to her cell!
