One of the best little shops in Manitou Springs! Fantastic service and quality goods. This unique piece kept calling my name, even after we got back into Texas. The shop went out of their way to locate the bracelet and ship it out. We will definitely be back!

I couldn’t have had a more perfect time here. Every piece of jewelry is organized and clean and pure. The owner herself helped me and made sure to answer my questions. I'm delighted to have purchased from a locally-owned establishment with great prices and great pieces. Will be back as soon as I can!

Update: I tried to return to this shop but the parking in Manitou is a bear, so I called them instead and asked if they'd be willing to ship some jewelry to me. Not only did Tanya work with me to make sure I had clear pictures (along with prices and sizes), she shipped my rings priority that day. This may be my first and last stop for jewelry for as long as I'm in Colorado. FANTASTIC customer service and lots of pieces to choose from. Go go go!

My daughter and looked at all the shops along this strip and Osburn’s had the most reasonably priced jewelry and the owner was very nice!

My wife found some jewelry she really wanted while on vacation. My wife actually sent me pictures of them but did not purchase them. I called them from Ohio, bought one immediately over the phone and put the other one on lawayay. I received them both within days of paying for them and they were so helpful making sure I got the right rings and texting me different pictures back and forth. Very nice and patient. Thank you to everyone at Osburn that helped.
