Had a cracked screen on my Motorola phone. That kind of stuff drives me nuts, so after a few months of trying to convince myself that I could live with the cracked screen, I realized that I had to get it repaired. I was recommended to take the phone to Blutusk, so I called them for a quote on screen replacement. They were $25.00 less than anyone else I called, so I asked them to order a screen. It got here a day or two later, so I dropped off the phone for repair. Rather than wait, I came back this morning to find a phone that was perfectly repaired, and looked like brand new. It works perfectly fine, so I am happy to leave a 5 star review of this repair service. They sell a lot of Apple products, I mentioned that if I ever switch to Apple, I'd come back to Blutusk first to buy a phone, tablet, or laptop.

I went to this company for a new camera lense as mine shattered. My sister had the same issue and had gotten hers replaced by them and said it was good work and fairly priced. Upon receiving the phone back, the camera was blurry. So I brought it back to have it looked at, at which point they determined that something was on the inside of the lense or camera. They attentively resolved the issue despite being near closing time. They went above and beyond in resolving the issue and had me fixed up within the hour. Professional service, great looking space and great customer service. Thanks again guys, definitely will be coming back with any other tech issues I may have!

This place is amazing. They fixed my computer super fast after I had gotten told by multiple different places that I would need a new one. They fixed it in under 20 minutes and were very welcoming and helpful the entire time. Thank you so much!!

My Ipad had the charger port damaged and didn't charge. In ĺess than a week they called me that it was ready. Must of the places that I called or visit they charge $250.00 and here it was $129.00. Who can beat this price? Excellent Service and amazing customer service. Thanks

Sent them a email asking for a quote. They responded back very fast. Took the iPad in the next day to get the screen fixed. Took 2 days. Went to pick it up and they helped me find a case! Very impressed. They were very nice and the place looks beautiful inside. Highly recommend going to them.

Quality Service. These guys aren’t out to rip you off like many other tech giants (geeksquad, apple, etc). They are honest and effective.

Okay these guys are the best for any electronic problems ever had even the Xbox breaking any questions I have about a laptop iPad phone anyting they're always there to help. If there are repairs the time turnaround is usually a day.

Fixed my iPad screen which had cracked. Was told it would be ready to pick up Monday but then got a message the day after I dropped it in saying it was ready! Super quick service, very happy. Friendly staff too.

I’ve been going to BluTusk for years. Multiple phones repaired, and the work is always top notch. They were even able to take two iphones I had with different issues and assemble them into one working one in a time that I was desperate. Incredibly friendly owner, and the tech staff is always very informative and knowledgeable.

This review is long overdue. Believe it or not it's from last year's Christmas. Our daughter wanted a MacBook however she truly only would use it for middle school Schoology. I work 6 days a week and made it into the store with 30 minutes left before they closed. I explained the situation to the staff and they quickly found a perfect match for my needs in a used MacBook. It looked brand new. They set it up for us and even wrapped it up.

It made my daughters Christmas just perfect and it totally fit into my budget. A year later the MacBook is still working great and used every day. It was a fantastic experience. Well qualified staff with great product knowledge.

On Oct 1, 2021 we visited orchard park, NY location. Our associate was Scott. We needed a new phone, as mine was outdated per Cellular company I deal with. Scott was professional, prompt and so very knowledgeable. Transferred numbers, even wrote out small "cheat sheet" to help us. It was a pleasure to do business with this retailer. I overheard other people talking with staff, All were so nice, nobody rushed. We will return.

I LOVE this spot! Jeff and his staff were great! My MacBook screen was cracked and they replaced it quickly and at a good price. They have lots of retail items there as well. I live in downtown Buffalo and will always make the drive to OP for my phone/computer needs. Thank you blutusk!!

Been going here since it was Experimac. Really love these guys. Im not an Apple person. But my kids are. So These guys always fix our phones way cheaper then the Apple store. Also let us know when its not worth it to fix. We bought a refurbished Iphone as well. If We didn't have this store local IDK if I could afford to keep my kids with Apple. Thanks so much.
