I come to buy chocolate for gifts or family members every so often. The past 3 times a woman by the name of Claudia has helped me. She’s very professional and kind. She goes out of her way to help me with my order. I highly recommend the Orchard Park store.

Through an unfortunate misunderstanding, I was given the wrong product from what I had ordered. Normally I would just forget it, but it was $50 worth of product I did NOT want. They were completely gracious and helpful in making it right for me, even though I know they couldn't put the returned product back out. I buy here often and will come back many times.

They have great sugar free options. Their regular chocolate is sweet and creamy. A must for have for visitors to western new york
