I had to drop off 5 different packages with different codes with 10 people in line. 02/26/24 the young man working was wonderful, helpful and kind.

Fantastic service! As the sole employee waited on customers, he completed my lengthy print job with a smile. Customer service is the very best.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Ryan who has been incredible on several occasions. First, he helped me print some items for my grandmothers funeral mass. I remember how kind and helpful he was. It was a difficult time for me and made printing my items so incredibly easy. He spent the time to make sure everything turned out perfect. This really meant a lot to me. Most recently my husband and I went in to ship my bridal bouquet to be preserved. Ryan was once again so kind and helpful. After leaving there I felt confident that my bridal bouquet would be delivered safely and in the best condition possible. I can’t thank Ryan enough for his help. Each time I have interacted with him he has truly gone above and beyond and has left a lasting impression in such a small amount of time. Thank you Ryan! You are an amazing human and I will continue to come to this store because of you!

Ryan is the best! The employees here will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I had an issue with a printing order that I could not resolve after being transferred to 4-5 different people when I called UPS customer service. I finally called the UPS store directly and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure my issue was addressed. I'll definitely be going here from now on for all my printing and shipping needs!

Hands down the best store for all my shipping and printing needs. Whether it's printing a few pages for school, returning an Amazon package, or shipping out a package to a friend, anything I need is handled. Ryan always greets myself and my wife by name and is always going above and beyond to assist. Don't go anywhere else! This place is the best.

This is the only UPS store I go to. Ryan is always helpful and pleasant no matter how busy he is.
I've had issues when I use the Post Office for shipping. Never had a problem with UPS!

Ryan at the UPS store is incredible. He knows his customers by name and is extremely helpful. He makes returning packages easier and less of a hassle. This is the only UPS store I will ever go to.

The manager went the extra mile for me when a double-boxed corrugated heavily cushioned computer was destroyed when shipped out west. The company was not going to pay for repairs but the manager knew it wasn't my fault. His actions resolved the issue.

Every time my husband and I have been in ,Ryan has a smile and a kind word no matter how busy or hectic it gets. This is the benchmark for customer service. Highly recommend!
