Point Washington Landing

1st time paddleboarding this end of Choctawhatchee Bay. I'm usually in Destin. I appreciated how quiet & calm the water was here but wasn't a fan on how murky it was.

A great place to spin our countries Independence Day.

There is a lovely pier at the very end of 395 in Port Washington, Florida (North of Hwy 98). Those with small boats to launch (esp. Kayaks) can easily maneuver and then park a bit of a distance away. The Choctawhatchie Sound is quiet and peaceful, especially in the evening.

Great place to launch your boat! There are also a few decently good spots for fishing. Also a decent spot for bringing the family to picnic or play in the water.

Nice quiet place to launch. Shallow water, so be careful. Exit to the north/west into the ICW...NOT EAST if you draft more than 15" or you'll be pushing mud/sand.

Very peaceful, great fishing but watch your toddlers and pets! 3 gators were out after sundown.

Quiet residential area at end of street. Well maintained concrete boat ramp, wooden pier, and sandy kayak launch/landing area. Marked on street parking. No restrooms.

Great new ramp easy access to 331 bridge and upper intercostal water ways

Love this launch, not alot of parking, but we go on weekdays
