Grayton Beach Shuttle Park and Ride

We are here in the off-season. Once we found it, it was great. My husband was concerned they may run infrequently. We got right on and it left even though we only had 4 passengers. When we arrived at the beach stop the one that had been waiting there left. So they were running very frequently.

Plenty of parking. Really nice to have a free shuttle to Grayton Beach and Seaside. BUT be aware that the Seaside shuttle is really an employee shuttle that will allow others to ride only if there's space. For example, last Thursday night, we took the shuttle to Seaside with no issues. But coming back at 8:15pm, we waited over an hour with 3 shuttles skipping letting any customers on because Seaside employees get priority. Since Seaside is marketing this shuttle as a great service (and not disclosing that it's an employee-priority shuttle), it was quite disappointing. I ended up running 2.5 miles back to our car and going back to pick up our crying kids who were tired of being skipped by the buses.
