Meltdown On 30A

Great take on grilled cheese! The bread was crispy but still soft and the cheese melt was incredible. Seating is outdoors at first come, first serve tables.

There is a great variety with this grilled cheese sandwich truck! I had the “this little figgy” (Brie, bacon, and sweet fig compote - pictured below) and my husband had the caprese with prosciutto. I liked mine but probably would try something different next time. My husband loved his. They were about $10 each, which for 30a food trucks…is not that bad. 😅 The cashier was SO friendly!

Consistently long lines around lunch, and for good reason. This is the best grilled cheese you might ever taste. Expect a wait, and it will be well worth it.

There’s a good reason this place is rated so well! We got the Cuban sandwich (best we’ve had in a long time), turkey sandwich (can’t remember the name but also great, a little spicy!), and the tomato soup (also good but nothing life changing… but does tomato soup need to be life changing?). Absolutely would come back here again. Good prices too! Sandwiches were perfectly cheesy too. Very happy with them!

Unwrapping a smoking turkey sammach is like listening to Phil Collins “Tarzan sound track” for the first time. The meltdown didn’t have to go hard like this!!! But they did it just for me 🥹🙌🏽🙌🏽

The lady taking my order was super sweet , sammach came out grilled to perfection, cheese stringier than a harp. I’m in love.

Greeeeat sandwiches. Also one of the best options in the area in terms of value. Plenty of other places are overpriced for what you get, but not here. Definitely recommend.

We ordered 5 different sandwiches and I ate some of all of them. I'm going back and I'm only here for a couple days.

Smokin Turkey - had a bit of kick and was too spicy for the others with me. Tasty.
Cuban - really good, the brown mustard brought it all together.
Caprese - Everything you'd expect with the mozzarella, tomato, basil combo.
Cheese Bomb - a classic grilled cheese. So good.
B.A.C. - bacon jam is the truth.

The air stream trailers are a fun place to grab something quick on the street. We had the Smokin Turkey grill cheese sandwich. It was fabulous! It was hot, oozing with pepper jack cheese, wrapped up, served with a bag of chips. They serve beer & wine if you so desire! This was a great experience, situated right in the heart of 30A.

One of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had. Absolutely delicious. I got the Cuban and my wife got the BAC (bacon jam, avocado, cheddar) and we shared and they were both excellent. The kids got the little meltdowns and they loved em. Will be coming back.

Let me tell you what to do; you and a friend order your choice of a savory sandwich and the strawberry goat forever. Our savory choice last time was the turkey with avocado and sauce which had a decent spicy kick on the finish. But the strawberry goat y'all, don't miss it. It's sweet and messy, having a half was plenty. Eat the savory half first then finish with the goat. So so good!

One of the best eateries on 30A! The Cubano is amazing, the smoked turkey is amazing, the grilled cheese is... well, you see where I'm going. Definitely not a heart-healthy meal, but good for the soul. Stop by for lunch or dinner (or even order online and just pick it up). You won't regret it!

I didn't think I would give Grilled Cheese five stars, ever. But it was delicious! I forget what mine was called but it had blue cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions. AMAZING. My husband had the meatloaf and daughter had the plain grilled cheese. All got rave reviews. The price, compared to most options in Seaside, was very reasonable.
