Cabins West Lodging

This was a wonderful property! The hosts were very responsive and great to deal with. The location was perfect and close to Yellowstone. This was a great property for a family of 6. Everything we needed for a week stay at Yellowstone. We highly recommend!

Super accommodations in the center of West Yellowstone, right on the edge of the park. Crisp, clean and quiet. Well stocked. A place you’ll look forward to coming back to crash after all day in the park. Terrific hosts Jeff and Oly. Highly recommend.

This is—hands down—one of the best homes we’ve ever rented in our travels. My family (5 individuals) stayed at Absaroka Cabin last month for a week-long trip to Yellowstone, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The cabin was extremely clean, organized, and well-cared for, and the owners provided everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Some things we especially loved:
• Kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with utensils, cookware, and supplies (including a crockpot, instant pot, and propane grill supplies).
• Cabin was large and modern. The kitchen and living room, in particular, were very comfortable and a great place to relax after a full day in the park.
• The location was amazing. We were approximately 5 blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone, and we easily walked to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store.
• Tons of towels and linens; we probably could have lasted a month without washing any of them.
• Strong, fast wifi throughout the entire cabin.
• Cabin was very well insulated. Despite highs in the upper 70s and lows in the upper 20s, the house was always comfortable. In fact, we didn’t have to adjust the thermostat during our entire stay.
• The owner was available and responsive via text when needed. He even loaned us two canisters of bear spray during our visit.

It’s obvious the owners invested a lot of time, money, and care in the cabin, and we’re grateful to have benefited from this investment. The next time we visit Yellowstone, Absaroka Cabin is exactly where we’ll be staying.

We rented the property for a week with 6 guys for a snowmobile trip. Jeff Watt was an excellent host and will be there and answer any questions that you may have or if you would like to know something he will do his best to find out for you. The Teton townhouse was the cabin we stayed in. The house itself was excellent very roomy and very well accommodated. Everything is very clean and very well kept. I would 100% recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in West Yellowstone we will be making another trip out there soon and will be staying with Jeff again!

My family of 11 stayed in the Teton Townhouse last week! We are so glad that we reserved this place! I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this place lived up to it! The townhouse was spacious and had every item needed. The beds were also super comfy! Yes, the internet is painfully slow, but it allowed us to disconnect and enjoy each other more! I live in a big city but I certainly enjoyed the small town feel and walk-ability of W. Yellowstone! Everyone was kind and pleasant. Jeff was the the most wonderful Host! He didn't hover but was there if you needed him! In fact, my party had an emergency incident at the end of our stay and Jeff was there to lend a hand and help them to resolve it! Thank you Cabins West for making our first time to Yellowstone enjoyable! We have already started referring our friends to your property!

We planned our first snowmobiling trip in West Yellowstone this last winter and was referred to Cabins West Lodging thru a co-worker. We were very impressed with the photos on the website and even more when we got there. Our group of 6 stayed in the Teton and we were glad we did. The kitchen was awesome with everything we needed. There was plenty of room to dry our gear and we each got a bed to ourselves. It was a nice place to relax after a long day of riding and Jeff was a really nice guy to meet!

Our family of 14 stayed at the Absaroka cabin which is centrally located in West Yellowstone and is close to the park entrance. It was very clean! The large kitchen table allowed all of us to eat at the table together. The living room was very large with also plenty of seating for all of us. Four of the family member went on a guided fishing trip set up by Jeff. (Jeff wasn't able to take them, but was so gracious to spend time connecting them with another guide). Would go back and stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was great and I can't think of anything that should be changed. Our family of 17 stayed five nights. All nine grandchildren had a great time. The place was kid proof. Some rentals have too many breakables around. There was lots of space for everyone. The location was within walking distance of many things but quiet. We were never bothered by street noise. Jeff was the perfect host. We easily recommend Cabins West Lodging and would stay there again.

Stay here! We stayed in the Teton Townhouse. Plenty of room for our family. Fully stocked kitchen with all the wares we needed. Very quiet. So close to the west entrance to Yellowstone. Will definitely stay here again!

The Teton Townhouse was amazing! We filled it with 12 people, but the townhouse was spacious enough that we never felt like we were crammed or in each others space. Lots of room to play games, relax around the fire, or share a family meal. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Great location for all of our activities. Can't wait until we go back!!

Our family of 15 stayed for a week in August. We absolutely loved the absaroka lodge. It was a perfect place for our large group. Great kitchen area, with all the equipment we needed for cooking for our large bunch. Plenty of bedrooms for quiet downtime and we loved the large livingroom for gamenight get togethers. We also loved the proximity to the West entrance, less than a mile. So we could pack our lunch and spend the day in the park and be home in time for a great home cooked meal. At night we would walk with the Grandchildren downtown West Yellowstone for ice cream and souvenir shopping. What great experience for all. Our Lodge did not disappoint. We hope to come back in the future. Thanks Jeff and Oly.

Great place to stay, it's so clean and lots of room. The cabins are very close to Yellowstone and lots of little shops. There are a few restaurants in walking distance too. The cabins are quiet and well maintained.

There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The cabin was clean and it processed everything we needed! The owners are great and friendly! We will stay here again during our next visit to Yellowstone.

We stayed here in January for a snowmobile trip. We stayed at the gallatin cabin with 7 people. I was a little hesitant because the pictures made it seem kind of small but there was surprisingly a lot of space, except for 2 of the bedrooms. Everything was clean and well stocked (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc)! Would definately stay here again! Great location too! If you've never been to West most of the nightlife is on the east side of town, but it's a very short walk to the cabins if you end up having to walk back. Again, would highly recommend and would stay here again! Oh and there was A LOT of room for parking trucks with snowmobile trailers and the sleds themselves.

Jeff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The cabin has all you'll need for a great experience in West Yellowstone! It's centrally located but has a degree of privacy we all want.

Very cozy and lots of room for our family. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking most of our meals. The perfect place for a week of exploring Yellowstone.

Jeff and Oly have always made are stay a great experience. I've been going to west yellowstone for the past 6 years snowmobiling and staying with them . I could never be happier with there hospitality. they treat you like a rock star . This is the place to stay, if your in west yellowstone.

,Best place to stay if you visiting to Yellowstone,WY. it is very closer to west gate of Yellowstone.cabin is like a big house and its very knit and clean...for staying here, you can easily save 3-4 hours every day's commute.

We stayed in Teton Townhouse. It was fantastic for a large group of 10-12. Everything is clean and nice. Staff we worked with in booking and on site were great. Only minor complaint is the internet offered was 1.5 Mbps when tested. That is almost unusable. But better than nothing. Really would recommend this to anyone.

This place is amazingly clean and is decorated with mountain furniture. We have been going on this annual trip for over 20 years and always have enjoyed staying here. We booked it again and can't wait for next year. John
