My Dr here saved my life thru cancer treatments and I've not had anything bad to say about him or the staff here. As far as I can tell everybody here is a little under staffed time to time yet pretty much everyone is doing the best they can. Thank you to the staff and my Dr here.

This is the first oncologist I have seen. I've been sick for a while now. I've been left laying like a duralec in the ER, and told I'm healthy, ive been accused of drug seeking( I deny narcotics anytime I go). I haven't been able to find an answer for being sick. Dr. Farridi(?) was great. He did blood work, and immediately found the problem, and got mento the right doctor. Thank you so much Doctor! At least now I know what's going on, and can be helped now! Thank you! I'm forever grateful!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Gotta watch out when you sit in the chairs, but that is nothing that can be controlled by anyone in the facility. Highly recommend.

I have not had a bad experience with them. They are very nice and professional. I would say talk to your doctor about sending you here.

Very friendly, efficient, patient. Our doctor was informative. This was thru the VA for my husband. I am very greatful for their service to my nam vet husband. No problems. But some did have to wait a long time i could tell. Good waiting areas for people who can sit.

Haven't been in yet since I was dropping info off, but FYI Google maps takes you to the ER entrance. This is in the medical Plaza 2. Big building just SE of the ER.

There are some very pleasant people who genuinely care about their patients and provide the most exceptional care for everyone they encounter. This includes front desk receptionists, treatment lab employees, and the nurses who receive blood samples. However, my wife was initially denied treatment if we did not pay $2,000 (our co-insurance annual maximum) to the facility. We were sent home and the billing specialist refused to schedule my wife's "life dependent" chemotherapy treatment. At the time, we had already reached our maximum co-insurance for the year. Our insurance company said the only amount we needed to pay was our copay of $40 for each treatment. I begged and pleaded with the specialist and she directed me to the finance manager in Sherman. After a few days of calling numerous times to get in touch, she finally confirms what my insurance company shared with me. We would not need to pay the $2,000 and we could start treatment. The billing department informed me that we might still have to pay after January 1st since insurance maximums reset at the new year. Luckily, we did not have to pay the $2,0000 after the new year.

Every time we visit the Sherman location, they inform us we have a credit on our account. Our credit was over $300. If the Denison office was only taking what was required, we should not have a credit. I learned we have been overcharged every time we walked through the doors. After viewing our Explanation of Benefits from our insurance company, we are not responsible for paying a $40 copay if we do not see the doctor. Lab work (including chemo) does not require the copay. Our portion of the $21,489 chemotherapy bill is a grand total of... $18.53!!! The Denison office refuses to use our credit on file and still makes us pay $40 for something that only costs $18.53. I'm sharing this so others can have this information and fight for your rights to not get screwed.

Dr. Patel at times seems disconnected. We felt like cattle being herded when it came to pushing chemotherapy on us. There were other issues that could've been related to the cancer that was never investigated. It felt like a timeshare presentation when she recommend chemo. She brought in another doctor to have him "close the sale", followed by the billing department asking for their money. Chemo may have been the right choice, just be vigilant about your own health, finances, and overall understanding of all the process.

Although this is a 2 star review, we are thankful for everyone in the clinic. We just want to bring awareness to everyone and understand what you're getting into.

If my husband and I could leave less stars we would!- please,if you get any imaging done and read at this establishment please get a second opinion!- m
husband had a pet scan ordered by his practitioner and come back with glowing pelvic region. He at the time had been paralyzed over 24 years. When pet scan glowed he asked what that red spot was. The specialist told him "everything is good. That's nothing to worry about.. you're kidneys look great!".. guess what!!- you lied to my husband! Now he has apparently had CC RCC to the bone since 2012! This place cost my paraquad husband his life! He has about 3 weeks of life expectancy left now!- thanks for cutting our time together Short! If you are a veteran please get second opinion from any establishment aside from this facility or VA services!- their goal is not to save you!- this place should be shut down and ashamed of themselves!

This is a horrible place. In the beginning it was ok. Now they are saying their having trouble with my mom insurance and have been denying her treatments. She hasn't had her treatments in 3 months and her cancer is getting worse...and they don't seem to care at all😭😭😭😭😭

Dr Patel seemed to be great in the beginning but once my mom went in the hospital and we started questioning things that didn’t add up then it became near impossible to get ahold of her and she would set up phone appointments but never call. Her staff was not the friendliest and our family doctor even had to get involved just to get a call back from them and when we got one it wasn’t even from a medical professional but instead an office staff.
