They are patient, attentive, and do not stop until they have all of my needs addressed - whether it is with technology or with account questions.

Kelly the Mobile Expert & Andrew Haddad helped a good friend get setup with service. A long process, but they explained each step in detail and weren’t pressured into anything. Recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Kiki was absolutely wonderful helping my family and I getting new phones, and was able to troubleshoot when I came back because my watch was not pairing with my new phone! She was so friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. She even made conversation with our 4 year old. She is a major rockstar!

My visit on Friday 2/17 was very pleasant.the agent (Fabian Navarro)that helped me out was very nice and very professional and well informed about the problem I was having..he took his time to fix every issue..
I recommend him to other customers..he is very good in what he does..

I went in to upgrade my phone. The process was easy and painless. Manny was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.

So it's been about 5 years I haven't upgraded my phone and honestly I felt it was time. I got attended by Crystal and Ivan. Crystal was a big help I explain to her where I work and what I need my phone to do and she guided me, helped me and showed me some cool features on my new phone. She was a big help I do recommend if you come to this T mobile talk to Crystal she very professional, bilingual and a big help.

Andrew was extremely helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. I came in, for what I thought would be an hour long matter (based on my previous sprint store encounters, but I was pleased to be out of there in under 20 minutes. I am very happy with this new and improved location.

I came in with my fiancé to inquire about service and Andrew greeted us right at the door. Excellent customer service from start to finish. He answered any question or concern we had, and any obstacle or objective we threw his way he was able to over come no matter how hard it was. This is what I call excellent customer care. Also the manager on duty was super nice and attentive to our needs. This is certainly a 5 star location! Be sure to ask for Andrew or Donsha who is one of the managers!

Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews about this place. Almost didn’t want to come to this location because of the reviews but decided to take a chance cuz the location was convenient. Once I talked with Andrew, I didn’t regret my decision at all. I came in to do three upgrades and add a new line. He was really patient and helpful, making sure I understood the fees n charges before proceeding.

Karla was extremely helpful and patient with helping me upgrade my phone that I broke last minute. She explained the promotions and gave me the best options and was also very knowledgeable!

Everyone was great cause my new 📱 was very tricky but they always took the time to help me with any issues I was having and friendly and professional .😊

I came in to buy myself a phone and walked out with three, one for myself and for each of my parents. Stephanie was a wonderful sales rep that listened to my needs and my parents questions.
