Salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable. Was patient with me as I tried on several different styles and sizes. First time buying red wing products. I will be back every year to buy new boots

It was really good as did a few simple steps and they were able to fit me perfectly.

I have been wearing Red Wing 606 boots for almost 20yrs. This year I had to go to a 10 1/2E from a D width. Due to a bunion that gets aggravated whenever I get new boots. They had a EE that I tried on and it was too big. The D was to snug. The clerk ordered an E width and when it came in he called and I purchased them!

Friendly, helpful, kind, fast, easy, you name it, you guys were it. I actually hate shopping so I was happy to not spend so much time having to find the right shoes for work. They are very comfortable and I will be back for more shoes. Thank you

Even though the shoes I bought here didn’t work for me this time I will definitely return soon to try another pair after a foot injury heals. Both people we had assist us in purchasing and returning were very friendly and great help! Highly recommend!!

The sales Lady was very nice. I tried to get in soles for my boots but they did not have my size.

I recently visited Red Wing shoes to purchase work safety boots. I didn't really browse their vast selection of footwear as I thought they were all the same. When I started my employment, the boots that had purchased started giving me blisters on both feet. I returned to the store and met with Isan and informed him of my situation. I was extremely satisfied with Isan's Excellent Customer Service skills. He discussed my situation with his Manager, and Red Wing Shoes allowed me to exchange my safety footwear! So, if you are wanting work safety footwear, I highly recommend Red Wing Shoes. They provided Excellent Customer Service and Awesome Employees!

10/10 best experience I have ever had shopping for any footwear. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and when I tell you this man killed he absolutely killed it! Very knowledgeable on product. Great small talk! He allowed me to do a foot scan and found not just the size of boot I need but the perfect boot for me! We tried on probably 4 or 5 pairs going over all the benefits of each. I literally felt like Harry Potter trying to find his wand! Then I did! It’s all because of Kevin and if you get a chance to have this man help you please do, I promise you will not be disappointed! Amazing job Kevin I will be coming back for all my future boot needs!

Awesome store. Husband wanted to try a particular boot. Springfield and independence didn't have it and that was the end for them. Zach at the joplin store called around and got a pair in. Unfortunately hubby needs a slightly bigger size than we thought he would. Randy helped him find a pair that he likes and is going to look for a larger size in the ones he wants to try

Great experience. I told them what I was after. Electrical rated, 6inch safety toe work boots that will not be to hot. They measured my foot, went into the back and came back out quickly with a few different types of boots for me too look at. Found a fair right away, exactly what I was after. I have had 2 back surgeries, it is hard for me to find boots, this experience was easy and fast. They even had a machine that measured pressure and thermal qualities of my feet and how I stand. Then recommends an orthopedic insole to help. Price was not cheap though. I spent about 300 for a nice pair of boots, the ortho insoles, and tuff toe to fortify the toe of my new boots, which they offered to put on for 10 dollars.

If the boots are comfortable long term I probably just found where I will keep coming to buy work boots.

Had to purchase women's steel toed shoes for work. Sales Associate Wyatt assisted me the minute I walked in, measured my feet, showed me various styles etc. Finalized my purchase in less than half an hour. Great store. Fantastic staff.

By far the best boots I've ever bought, just bought my second pair after a year and a half and they fixed my old pair for back up. Idk where else they warranty the boot like that but it's worth the investment

Red Wing shoe store a great place to go they help me with my boots that I'm having resold and they sold me another pair of boots yes I needed them in soles too great keep the good work up

Red wing boots last; always freindly service, Very happy that joplin uses Red wings and not the other place in town, Red wings are the Best!

Hands down best customer service I have received in the area. Went in to buy some boot cleaning products for my Iron Rangers and ended up walking out with that plus a boot cleaning and new laces. Kevin at the Joplin store was excellent help and I look forward to buying from their store soon.

Great customer service!!! I came in with my old boots to look at their current selection and was surprised with a free offer to recondition my leather, and give me new laces!!!! Very nice store wirh fantastic employees!!!!
