Custom service is outstanding! Came from out of town for a funeral and needed a program copied. First tried Office Max and they couldn't do it until next day. So went to the Blasdell UPS store next door and they told me I needed a 72 hour turnaround time? It would have been too late. Did they not see the date for the funeral on the program?! So explained our situation to Dave, the manager of the South Park Hamburg UPS. Not only did he say he could do it that day, he made sure I was happy with the quality of the copies before he did the job. Told him I would do the folding so didn't take time from anyone else's project. He did my job while I did other errands and when I picked up my project, he'd folded them as well. Appreciate Dave's professionalism and kindness during a difficult time. I asked who could I let know about this good review, he said Google. My response: "I hate Google, but for you, I'll do it." Thank you, Dave.

My mother called with a question about a return she has brought in over the weekend. She spoke to a man named Daniel. He was so helpful, pleasant and helpful with her. I really appreciate that they treat everyone with respect.

Every time I have been here it’s been a solid experience. Dave and the guys here have helped me multiple times, first time Dave was extremely patient with my wife and I during our notary appointment while the whole store was packed with people waiting and the most recent notable time was this past Sunday. I didn’t realize the store closed at 3 PM and came in 5 minutes before close. He was more than willing to help. Amazon instead of setting up my returns as scan and drop had set it to print out a label, package and drop. He was more than accommodating helping me get the RMA and labels printed and even handled packing up the return for me as well (albeit like a normal customer I had to purchase a box and pay to get the items printed, as expected). Dave, I really appreciate the help hopefully the whole ordeal didn’t end up making you stay too late!

I always have a professional experience dropping anything off at UPS and I always appreciate Dave, the manager’s, help. I also had to say I made special mention of the vanilla passion, fruit, air freshener they are using. I have a sensitive nose and I enjoyed the scent.

Everybody at the store is so helpful and knowledgeable, especially the notary process was so easy and smooth for me, totally love this place

Dan was a huge help, packaged my ceramic Christmas tree with delight and it arrived in North Carolina perfectly. Thanks Dan and UPS!!

Always have had great fast friendly service here. They even built a shipping box to send an EBike to Florida.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Process is done in a timely and organized manner. Thankful for this during the busy holiday season!

I was at this store 12/5/22. The staff was very helpful, friendly and patient. They were extremely busy with hundreds of boxes that were already processed and needed to go back to Amazon etc., but never rushed me to finish my return. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs to do a return. Remember they are the ones handling all the unwanted, unneeded, broken packages we order. Be kind and patient.

In fact, they always seem to go above and beyond as opposed to any other stores of this type. I'd rather go out of my way for their speed, professionalism and friendliness as they always provide me with several shipping and pricing options; this allows me to make the right choice based on the package and my situation .

I suggest trying this UPS store for yourself as they are super to deal with!

I had a unique situation where I needed to get a couple things taken care of at this store, though I live in Texas. I called and spoke with Ryan first who pointed me in the right direction to complete what I needed. Though they were busy when I called back, they took down my number and called me back shortly afterward to complete what I needed. I spoke with Dan who processed my payment and assured me all would be handled properly. Though the process has not yet been fully completed, I'm thrilled to have had this experience with this store and would recommend them completely.

I needed to have some documents notarized and wasn't sure where to go to get this done. Searching on-line I noticed that the UPS Stores have notaries. When I called to inquire, Sue, the woman answering the phone told me she was a notary and gave me the hours she would be working that day. When I arrived, she assisted me promptly. She has great customer service skills -was very friendly, and when I let her know I needed to make copies of my forms, she made them herself for me, and even wished me good luck as I left!

Amazing customer service. Manager David jumped through hoops to make a very important shipment happen for us. Can't thank him and UPS enough.

Very nice customer service!! Usually in and out in less than 10 min! This is my go to place for all my mailing needs! They make copies, fax, return amazon items and so much more!!!

I went in to send a package today, the employee gave me all the pricing options to send my package. He asked if I needed insurance and everything.
I was a little worried reading these other reviews but everything was great
