Excellent customer service from Chris! Especially when we had to come back 45 minutes later for some help switching phones! Staying much later than his regular scheduled shift. Thank you for helping us make the switch from Verizon!

Amer helped me today with getting a new phone— a Samsung FE23. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommended this store— ask for Amer, you won’t be disappointed. I hope the managers read this and give him a raise. He is a valuable employee!

I recently went to the at&t store on Southpark with a completely broken phone. I was very pleased with the service I was provided. Amer was able to get me a new phone completely mirrored. He went above and beyond to provide superior customer service. I will be coming back to this store and seeing Amer for all of my at&t needs.

Chris was super helpful in providing me with my new iPhone15. He explained my upgrade experience to me thoroughly and made some grade recommendations for my new iPhone’s screen protection. The overall process went super smoothly and quickly!

Amer did a great job with us buying the phone and then when we returned to do the transfer. He explained things well and was very patient with us.

Chris was super helpful with answering all my questions and helping me setup my new phone. He even helped with trouble shooting when the new phone wouldn’t automatically update.
