Tops Friendly Market

Open 24 hours and easy to find. The store is HUGE and they have everything you need for any occasion. Every employee I encountered was very helpful and seemed to like their jobs! The place is spotless too!

I worked at Tops for 2 years. I must say it was a great experience. I liked everyone I worked with, especially Christina. I would still be there if I hadn't moved to PA.

Best tops in the area! Their cans and bottle return area is the cleanest one you’ll find. Staff is always friendly. The lines are never long even when the store is packed. I had a great experience with a cashier named Lyn K. Very friendly and helpful.

Love wide variety of foods available!!! Great ordering special pick- up from bakery + take out. All staff very helpful!!! Managers always available for questions + concerns/ problems. Store always clean. Young men in customer assistance all wonderfully helpful!! Haven't ever had to deal with staff "having a bad day"!!! Since I have to buy food, this is the store I prefer!

I love Tops. I think their prices are reasonable, the bathroom is almost always clean and stocked, their meat department has nice meat and well priced. The place is always clean and it isn't as overwhelming as some of the other grocery stores in the area.

Usually everything is good here, but the last few boxes of tops brand maragrine does not taste or smell the same! Why was it changed or is something wronge with this batch? I want maragrine not butter flavor! When I asked to contact me they just said bring it back. I want to know why!

Great sales, even with quite a few people in the store was still easy to move around, the cashier noticed we needed a bigger cart at the register so she asked and then sent for one, she was really nice and quick

Had everything I was looking for. Easy in and out. Very pleasant workers. The self check-out registers a little sensitive about "place the item in the bag" and "remove the item from the bag and rescan".

Went there with a shopping list from my wife and what I couldn't find the employees didn't just point to an aisle and say something like "half way down on the right" but actually took the time to take me to the items location. I appreciated that kind of extra effort they showed me very much.

The new carts are amazing they have purse holder meat holder and.a cup holder they also habe a new delivery were u can .order ur stuff and either get it dropped off or.go and pick it up!!!!!

It’s always been a really good store, and now they’re finishing up on renovations which make it look brand new! It’s amazing now!

I've never had a bad experience shopping at any Tops store in W.N.Y. the staff is always friendly and the prices are always fair. What more could you ask for !

Great produce. Median prices but you get gas points to use at the tanks. They just started home delivery.
