Had a transmission issue , dropped it off early than the appointment..they got after it fast . Ordered up a re-manufactured one , installed and got my truck back 2 days after the appointment... awesome staff and customer service!!! With phone calls of updates during service.... Great job to you all !!

The whole team was absolutely amazing! Greeted me within minutes of checking in. Looked at a 2024 Trailblazer, took it for a test drive and left with it the next day! Detail was perfect and absolutely love the vehicle!

Very good service. Even when I brought my truck in for inspection on the wrong date. I was there a week earlier than I was supposed to be. The check-in guy still fit me in. So I appreciate the excellent service.

Everyone at West Herr Chevy Hamburg is terrific, from the time you walk in until you leave. Frank and Ted were great. Just bought a brand new 2024 Trax, not used to all the new things in it, mind you I turned in a car I had bought in 2009, everything was explained to me when I bought my new car yesterday. Today I had to go in to pick up something else, Ted was wonderful, I asked more questions about my new car and he walked me through everything again very patiently. I would highly recommend West Herr Chevy Hamburg location.

I didn’t end up buying a car from West Herr, however, Shannon and Elliot were very welcoming when I was looking at their used cars! Shannon offered a bunch of options to be brought to the Hamburg location from other West Herr locations. Elliot was on top of getting service records and answering any questions I had. Both Shannon and Elliot made sure the experience was as amazing as it could be. Elliot was understanding about buying a car from another dealership, and he didn’t treat me any differently after I said such. The whole West Herr Chevrolet Hamburg team was awesome. Would totally buy a car here in a future!

Very good experience. Friendly welcome upon arrival, and fast/efficient service. They got me in and out in a respectable time and offered clear direction on work to be completed. The waiting area provided a quiet atmosphere with complimentary beverages and clean restrooms. All staff was very friendly.

Dropped off truck at scheduled time for check engine light and tire rotation. Service was friendly and efficient. They diagnosed issue and ordered part to fix it. Within a timely manner, had truck back. Highly recommend.

Jenn and James were welcoming and accommodating. Answered my questions and worked the numbers. Overall, it was a good experience. However, only a day after my purchase there's a low pressure warning in my front passenger side tire that was an unexpected inconvenience. Other wise, so I'm quite satisfied.

We were warmly welcomed and working with Ryan and James was Outstanding! We didn't feel that cold dealership haggling that we all dread. We were treated like Family! They listened intently to our needs and we drove away with our new vehicle within a few hours :)
