Nice place. Pricey but very high quality outdoor clothing and footwear.

I have visited this store on several occasions when I'm in the Boulder area. Its a beautiful store with a great aesthetic. Its always so tidy and clean. It makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. You can tell the employees take care of the store and do their best to give you a great experience. I was purchasing a hat and some super friendly woman I think Rihanna helped me. She even followed up with my purchase later to ensure I was enjoying the product. From a clothing store, I mean who does that? Unparallel customer service. You cant get that at Amazon. I also had an online order get stolen from my house, and Fjall took care of me without hesitation and sent me a back up. Fjall just simply takes business back to the core about customers first. And I am here for it.

Had an amazing experience at the Boulder location. Dan, the store manager, Shannon, a sales associate, and Brianna, another associate, all helped me with trying things on, several questions, and checking prices for me during a sale.

Even though they had many customers and the place was full, everyone was taken care of fully, with the full staff tag teaming excellently, being very knowledgeable and aware of the statuses of inventory and fitting rooms, making it run like clockwork.

Shannon also helped us to order items online that were not in stock at the store, having them shipped to our house.

All of the staff rocked out visit and I spent extra by being able to try everything on with them grabbing different sizes for me. Love this location so much! Can't wait to see it expanded. Thank you again!

A very hip staff! I was shocked to find some great bicycle handlebar frames and Bag on sale! Check them out.

Oh my gosh, this location staffs two of the best guys, Logan & Andy! They were extremely helpful when it came to answering all of my husbands questions about different clothing items. They were also great with recommendations in the area as far as local fun locations to see or visit. My husband and I literally stopped by this place three times last week while in the area. The staff is just super approachable and not too pushy when it comes to your shopping experience. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would, thanks for a great shopping environment, kindness and laughs!

Really great staff! They have more than those backpacks! The pants are extremely durable, look good, and fit really well. Definitely worth the investment.

Very friendly staff; I feel like they really care about the store and their customers. One of the sales team members brought out a couple different colors of backpacks from the back room for me so I could compare. I ended up very happy with my purchase!

amazing service. the workers interact with you when you enter the store. super impressed. also very nice quality backpacks and great customer service! backpacks are worth the price and super functional, if you get to use them a lot. they actually fit way more than it seems and it makes everything a lot lighter than a different backpack! I use mine for school and I love it

Outdoor clothing that will last forever. In house tailoring on there hiking pants is great and included in price.High end but worth every dollar. Company is also very environmentaly responsible . Sales people are very knowledgeable and super helpful as well.

Can't ask for anything more, Danielle and Logan have been very helpful and detail oriented, leaving me with no questions and a good attitude. Product is efficient, durable, packable, comfortable, and light, selection is grand and the staff are very kind.

I received excellent service today at the Boulder location. Patrick was very knowledgeable and attentive! He made multiple trips to the stock room to help me figure out my size in their trousers.

Expensive high end European outdoor gear. Nice smaller store with a surprisingly decent selection. The hiking shoes I got are wonderful and definitely lasted >150 miles of hiking this summer no problem. They also stand by their warrantee. Had a zipper on a wallet fail, just brought it in and they replaced it on the spot no questions asked.

i’m an out of state customer and Cole Agenbroad was able to get me all squared away for a mail in repair. he was so kind on the phone and made sure to follow up with a phone call to make sure i received all of the information i needed. i know it’s a busy time of year but his customer service was so excellent i had to write this review right after the call. thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend

Went into the shop the other day looking for jackets and pants. Grace helped us out and was super knowledgeable and friendly, pulling down all different sizes for us to try and offering to order things to the store that they didn’t have. Awesome brand and great shopping experience, as always.

This is a wonderful place to buy probably the best quality outdoor/winter or even summer gear. If you're willing to buy North face gear (which is expensive), just come here. They have lifetime warranties for all of there product. They have a little section where they actually fix your gear in the shop so it doesn't have to be shipped out to another facility. However, they are super steep on prices, but you get an amazing product. If you find something you like take a pic of it and see if the outlet store in Castle Rock has it. They usually have really good deal because it's there out of season store so everything is discounted by at least 30-50% plus they sometimes have deals on top of deals there. Check it out.
