T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

We had an issue with Family Mobile and came in to transfer our plan and while Family Mobile was not helpful T-Mobile was very helpful. Colton who helped us gave us all the options available while also doing everything he could to help transfer everything over. We only ended up getting one phone number transferred but we are happy with the end result. Again Colton was extremely nice, professional and helpful which helped make our decision pretty easy.

Went in for an upgrade on my phone and Cam was amazing! She went over all of the deals and options I had and helped me pick out the right plan. I didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell me on anything. Overall a great experience and very friendly service!

Cam is currently helping me as I’m typing and she is literally the most amazing rep ever. She has helped me trying to port my number over from my last carrier. Despite things being ridiculously complicated, she was patient and amazing. Thank you so much! You deserve everything good coming your way :)

I went in a few days ago to have someone help with activating new phones we ordered online. Even though this wasn't a sale for the store, Colton helped me through every step! He is a great multitasker and has great energy (bouncing from customer to customer as needed while not neglecting me). He has awesome people skills and even left me at one point to hold the door open for someone who may have needed help. Colton wasn't pushy with any add-on sales. In fact, I brought up internet service and within minutes he reduced my current internet bill by about 60% so I left my current provider right on the spot! I wanted to give a shoutout to Colton and the entire team at the Stillwater store. Note to corporate: I have a lot of history in Retail HR Management, and I say that Colton should be managing his own store!

I have had great experiences with the help of Braden Wolf at the T-Mobile Stillwater store. Braden is patient and has a calm, reassuring demeanor. He is very skilled with quick tech know how. Braden's assistance with set up and maintenance of our Apple devices, our T-Mobile home internet, and our new T-Mobile data plan, have been timely and excellent for my family members and me. I've had varied experiences in cellular stores in the past. The experience I had here was awesome! Colton was polite, patient, and informative. He did not try pushing me toward any specific product and helped me find a great upgrade option. All staff members of this locations were friendly and fun while helping me out. I'd recommend this location to others.

The whole Stillwater store staff is very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly.
Personally, I'd go there just to hang out... They're that pleasant!!!

After Walter in Woodbury deactivated my daughter’s phone number I was very upset. I went to this location and even though Solo had to get a new number he did get her phone up and running and he definitely knowledgeable and straight forward about what I could possibly expect and provided really great customer service! Any issues I have in the future, any upgrades ect, Solo will be my go to person!

I spent many hours on the phone with T-Mobile “experts” trying to activate new service. Their phone support is absolutely ridiculous. None of my issues were resolved with phone calls, their website or their ‘chat with an expert’ option. I was ready to cancel. I went to the local T-Mobile store and an employee named Brooklyn resolved the many issues within 10 minutes. Not sure where T-Mobile gets their phone experts from but I must say that Brooklyn’s knowledge and professionalism saved this customer from canceling T-Mobile’s service all together. Thank you, Brooklyn !!!

The knowledge and personality of the staff at this T-Mobile store are out of this world. I had the pleasure of working with Dillon when I was in due to a hardware issue on my phone. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to share his knowledge with me but was not condescending at all. He was respectful of my intelligence and ability to understand what he was talking about, and he was SUPER funny. When I was in I had my 11 year old son with me, and Dillon made him part of the conversation too and was kind enough to talk video games with him to help pass the time while he did my data transfer. I can not thank him enough for making my experience a simple and pleasant one. I honestly have never had a frustrating phone situation turn so pleasant so quickly because in addition to helping me so much, he kept me laughing through the decision making and transaction process. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location!

Dillon and Quincy were very helpful in sorting out a Tracfone transition to T-Mobile, despite my not having at the ready all the information needed. I then pursued a charging cord quality control issue, which Zolo did his best to handle according to T-Mobile protocol. He was professional and courteous, but ultimately led us to impasse. I then peacefully suggested we seek the counsel of store manager Ger Lor, who was the paragon of diplomacy and calm. Within 120 seconds, all was good.

It has been a while since I have been into a T-Mobile store and received such great service Dillon was awesome to work with and took care of my problem right away. I would recommend this T-Mobile store for any T-Mobile needs
